I have shopped with Richer sounds for quite a few years now and have always received good service, speedy delivery by a reliable courier and helpful assistants. Oh! And decent prices too.

Excellent advice given in a professional and friendly way. No pressure to upsell and Colin was more concerned with what we wanted/needed. Will definitely be using Richer Sounds for any future needs.

I always look at a variety of website based reviews to decide what I require when looking for a new TV. This gives me a greater choice of supplier that can meet my requirements. Of course price, reputation and locality is important to me, so I rang Richer Sounds as they had the model I wanted and a no quibble price match meant they got my business. The store manager (Dale) kept the TV for me until I could pick it up, free delivery was available. Great customer service. My go to place now for any audio or TV equipment.

Spoke to a member of staff at the local store after browsing some products on line. Received some great advice & ordered direct with the store, delivered 2 days later.

Great advice and customer service. Bought a Naim Muso Gen 2 from Newcastle - staff knowledgeable and helpful. Took time to set some different options up so I could hear them. Product quickley delivered but developed a fault, Richer Sounds sorted out a replacement quickley.

Very helpful over several days working out what the problem was with my Technics audio system. Also good advice which amp to buy. No hard sell techniques. Happy to answer various questions relating to equipment I already had. I was able to have a new amplifier purchased and integrated into my system over a 3 or 4 days having discussed and tested and diagnosed the problem.

Great service from these guys, super friendly and knowledgeable. Always eager to help.

They were friendly and helpful as on all previous visits. I was served by Colin who was excellent.

Firstly,
I got confused about an item I purchased. I sent an email to Richer Sounds and I got a great response. I thought my item had been delivered to the wrong person but it turned out I had made a click and collect choice without realising. So, I went to Newcastle on the bus and all of the staff including what seamed like an area manger were so chatty and encouraging.

I had some issues with my TV, but the customer service was excellent. After discussing the problem, they arranged for my TV to be replaced with a brand-new one. The replacement process was straightforward and handled quickly. I’m very happy with the service and the new TV. Great customer support and a positive experience overall from the staff at Newcastle.

I'd ordered a Roberts radio online and asked for it to be delivered to a store as I didn't want it leaving on my step.

The notification came quickly and the product was in the store in a couple of days with no trouble at all. No problems whatsoever.

I had a television delivered and I realised I had ordered the wrong size when I rang Richer Sounds they could not have been more helpful I ordered a different television which was delivered promptly and the original was returned I am very happy with my purchase and would happily buy from Richer Sounds again .
