Richer Sounds - Newcastle Reviews 

For most of my life I've used a well know chain for HiFi/TV/ and other items. Having moved to Newcastle what a difference I've noticed when using Richer sounds. The telephone lines are answered by native English speakers, in store the staff are VERY knowledgeable and the pricing is very competitive. Ethan could not have been more helpful. Delivery was as promised.

Excellent service in shop and prompt delivery.
The 'we are are rewind' unit seems ok, bluetooth a bit fiddly to set up but getting there!

I was looking to upgrade my old 90's purchased HiFi to a wireless BT setup due to my audio room refurbishment. I first visited the Newcastle store back in May to explore options for a new record deck and desk speakers. Although I had some ideas of my own from research I was open to suggestions. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Listening to my requirements and offering suggestions. My Sales Adviser Ethan advised me on several record decks and offered the use of the demonstration room to test out a pair of Ruark MR1 mk3 speakers, He explored my particular tastes and gave me a variety of artists to listen to. All in a very relaxed unhurried atmosphere. atmosphere. I explained I was unable to purchase until room refurbishment was completed, but he wrote the spec details down for me and told me to periodically check with the store for stock availability. I duly purchased the items a couple of weeks back, Ethan even helped carry the goods to the car. Excellent customer service all round from Newcastle store. Recommended!

Phoned up one day to order and collect the following day. Friendly and helpful service on both occasions.

The friendly support and help was really good also I was able to connect a PlayStation 4 console to test the game sound and picture quality on a couple of TVs this helped me with my choice of TV, all in all good support all-round.

Supplying the correct information which has proven to be what I was searching for in the first instance.
i.e. a smart TV with a socket at the rear into which I can plug-in my head phones.( also bought from your shop).

The selection for products was easy, the prices were very competitive, the staff were very helpful and delivery was quick.
