We visited the Nottingham shop and were greeted by Dave. His approach was friendly, helpful and professional and it was clear that he was very knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy and he listened carefully to our questions. Our previous TV was 18 years old, and technology has moved on massively over that period. Dave was able to help us with answers to questions about using a new TV with some of our older equipment. He took time to explain our options and we never felt rushed.
We bought our new TV and we're highly delighted with it.
The whole shopping experience was brilliant. Thank you so much.

Thought that i new what amplifier I wanted but after talking to staff I changed my mind, paid a little more and so far seems a good choice, better amp than my blown NAD. Will be looking for a new TV shorthand will certainly be calling in to RS. Thanks for your help and professional service

I visited the Nottingham store with the intention of upgrading my speakers. After reading reviews and finding out which complimented my current amplifier, I had a list of four contenders.
On this visit I was served by Dave, who could not have more helpful. Sensing that I was still undecided he told me to give him ten minutes and he would set them up so I could hear them for myself.
This left me in no doubt which set was right for me. Keep up the good work. I will certainly be back in the future.

Great help in sorting the item needed and responsive via email (no bots, good old fashioned humans...)

First time customer online, but been a customer for years. Always very friendly staff in the notts shop, I still own the original system that was brought from the shop. Still sounds just as good as it did on day of purchase. Real good prices, and always top quality products. They have prices to suit all budgets to. I added a klipsch 12 inch subwoofer to my system, they was the cheapest price on the Web. And wow these subwoofers are 5 stars from me, if you like your bass these are amazing, real good sound quality.im just waiting on richer sounds to get there finger out for a discount code, so I can upgrade my speakers lol nudge nudge wink wink

Brilliant team! I went in knowing I didn't know much about what I needed, but I gave my budget to a member of staff who talked me through the options and quality of products, helping me choose what worked for what I needed. I'm so pleased with my new setup!
One of the items I ordered came with some faulty batteries so I emailed the store and within a day they'd sent me a new one and taken the old away, with no problem at all. Thank you :)

Great service and delivery

The sales guy seemed to know his stuff. There was no effort to try and sell us something we didn't want or need.

Got me out of hole when I got the wrong kit. I ended up spending more but I’m totally happy about it.

I prefer to shop in person to support small businesses. I visited Richer Sounds Nottingham for a Denon CD player/Radio. The assistant offered the one on display without offering a choice. At my request they ordered an alternative and arranged delivery for Tuesday. The (failed) delivery was attempted Mon. On contacting Richer Sounds we were told they had been 'proactive' in delivering Mon, a day I didn't want. I felt the response too flippant.

First time buying from Richer Sound, bought a Yamaha soundbar and rear speakers online. After placed my order the item arrived on time. Fantastic delivery & warranty service (have to replace one rear speaker after a month ) will definitely be buying more from this company again, can't rate them highly enough, 5 star rating for me.

Friendly, informed advice, directed me to heavily price-reduced speakers. Terrific, and thank you.

Great service from Alex from first call to appointment, helped us find a 100” TV and helped with arranging with fitment onto the wall too. Just got it fitted sunday love it
