I was let down on an item I won on eBay just before Xmas, searched the Internet and found Richer Sounds bad one in a clearance as the box had been opened but it was in Prestwick, Manchester I am in South London, called the store and the salesmen was very helfull, paid for the item it was dispatched the same day and arrived the next, that's great customer service 👍

I’m going to say that I was satisfied with the service, however this is only down to the price I received on the cables.

Staff member Dom shouldn’t have been in he was so ill. Especially in a customer facing role. Probably he doesn’t have an option!

Lack of basic knowledge and stock. Computer system didn’t work well. Kept having to move from one workstation to another.

Maybe I just caught them on a bad day?

Contacted Richer Sounds regarding a projector replacement bulb and was dealt with by Tom
Having considered all options I asked Tom to recommend a replacement projector rather than the bulb
Tom was keen to make sure the replacement was capable of giving us a quality picture. He did some research and recommended a laser projector
Having trusted his opinion we made a purchase and after fitting was delighted with the outcome

Have bought many products from Richer Sounds over the years and always had great service. This visit was to buy 2 TV's. Superbly looked after by Dom in the store who gave me honest advice based on what I needed. Very friendly and relaxed team who clearly know their stuff. Happy to recommend them.

Very helpful advice when choosing a new television, met my needs and within my budget.
When I got it home I realised that I had asked for the wrong size but an exchange was smoothly organised for a next day delivery with no quibble, excellent!

I bought my new tv on 14th December 2025, the people that work there are very helpful and the TV is very good picture and the sound is very good as well. I will be going back to Richer Sounds next year to get a new sound System 10 out of 10 for Richer Sounds in Prestwitch.

If I could I would rate Richer Sounds higher. The whole shopping experience was amazing from the minute I walked in the door.
My husband had previously shopped in there to buy a separates record player and CD system. I wanted the radio/streaming system to go with it as a present for my husband. They were so helpful. They even threw in the lead that connects it to the rest of the stereo for free. Then they carried it out to the car for me. Richer Sounds is definitely a place I'd highly recommend for tvs and audio equipment.

Just brilliant old school service and genuine lovely guys at Prestwich branch. I rang to check the TV I wanted was in stock. After checking it was confirmed it was. It was saved for me to collect the following morning. It was carried to my car! No hard sales, no BS, genuine people with genuine knowledge. AND terrific prices !! I wont go anywhere else !! Tom at Richer Sounds Prestwich was really helpful. He pointed out that my chosen TV Bracket wasn’t going to be able to support the TV, he recommended another bracket and let me have it at the same price as my original selection. Wonderful service.
