Great service as always

Always very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They consistently have great pricing and welcoming stores.

Great service from the team at Reading Richer Sounds. Was looking for a new TV and soundbar. Received good advice and price from a very knowlegable team. Equipment delivered next day after placing order. The only slight negative was that they didn't tell me that the quote was only valid for a two or three days.

Having bought from the Richer Sounds for over 20 years it is always the first point of call when reviewing TV & sound projects.
In December 2025, I had a fantastic experience at Richer Sounds Reading while purchasing a new TV and sound system, and I’d like to give special mention to James. From the outset, James was exceptionally helpful — taking the time to guide me through various options and even visiting my home to assess the room and offer practical, honest advice about what would work best.
His customer-focused approach, combined with the store’s price promise, made the whole process smooth and straightforward. He also recommended a reliable installer, which made the setup completely hassle-free.
I’m now in the process of planning another TV and sound system purchase for a separate project, and there’s no doubt I’ll be returning to James and the Reading branch. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers make them a pleasure to deal with.

The customer service was second to none, even carried the TV to my car for me. The additional warranty sets this company apart from all the others and is better than anything you get elsewhere.

Okay, whilst the aim should be to go in knowing exactly what you are after, I was a little more open based on knowing more about what I want to achieve, I feel this was appreciated and well directed with the open offer to guide me to an appropriate selection taking me through a demonstration of how the system works.
I had had the same advice previously a few years back & also had the reassurance that they would send me elsewhere if it was appropriate, as had gone in looking for headphones for mixing, and was directed to industry standard which they didn’t sell 👍

Actual customer service…you ring, speak to a person, and that person actively tries to help sort your issue.
Once issue was understood, I was transferred to technical support, who knew the product, guided me to what I needed and organised the purchase of the accessory, which was delivered next day

Not only were the gentlemen I spoke to knowledgable, they were friendly.

I've always known of Richer Sounds and that there reputation for being knowledgeable and they didn't dissapoint. We bought a new £1000+ LG OLED tv and they were very helpful in the Reading branch and even after delivery helped with a setup issue.

Great experience at Richer Sounds. Great range. Demo’d a sound bar in store which was a faff but dealt with patiently by staff. They couldn’t be more helpful. They also found a solution for my tech needs when purchasing a turntable.

Having previously purchased from Richer Sounds I had no hesitation in purchasing another 43" TV and TV bracket for my grandson's birthday.
Unfortunately my local store (MK) as had sold out of the TV I wanted, as had most of their stores nationwide.
However, I contacted their store at Reading who could not have been more helpful. The TV and bracket were promptly despatched but only the TV arrived the following day. Despite the best efforts of the store to locate the TV bracket it still did not arrive. The store replaced it immediately and it arrived the next day.
Unfortunately having installed the TV, and only when the protective screen was removed, damage was then found in the bottom right hand corner of the screen which had been covered by the section of paper icons that covered that part of the screen.
It was apparent the damage had to have been caused prior to packaging by the manufacturer as there were no outward signs of damage on the box, polystyrene protective sleeves or the protective screen cover.
On contacting the branch and supplying images of the damage they immediately checked their stores nationwide and found that they could secure a replacement TV for me. In addition they kindly arranged for it to be delivered to my local branch at MK who inspected and tested the replacement TV before contacting me within 2 days to say it was ready for collection.
The professionalism, patience, understanding and support of both stores, but in particular the Reading branch, once again demonstrated why Richer Sounds is a blue chip market leader in their field of expertise.
Thank you Richer Sounds. I cannot recommend you highly enough.
