Great customer service

Richer Sounds are excellent. We have bought from them before and last week purchased a new tv and a deck and speakers for our aging vinyl collection. For both items we received very good and friendly advice from Dan at Richer’s Reading store. The equipment reasonably priced and comes with an excellent 6-year guarantee. TV has already been expertly installed; we have not set up the turntable yet as we are waiting for the delivery of some furniture. However the deck and speakers were well-demonstrated in the store so we have no worries so far

I’d done a lot of research but still could decide between 2 specific and nearly identical models. Visited the store because the price was good. The shop clarified the one specific difference, helped me make the decision and gave me the VIP discount.

I’ve made several purchases from Richer Sounds in Reading and to be honest, I don’t bother looking anywhere else now. The staff, from the manager down and extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. When I leave the store I know I’m leaving with a quality product that is right for me and within my budget.

I rang the shop to check the item was in stock, told them i'd be there in 15 minutes, arrived and it was waiting to be placed in my car, deal done in 5 minutes, no hassle, this is how it should be done...5 Star.

Very helpful and informative staff (in my case Rory) And even the the product i required wasn't in stock they had delivered in store (at my requst) and ready for collection the next day. Price of items were as good and or better as anywhere else

I went to Richer Sounds undecided on how I was going to approach a short-term stand-mounted tv setup before mounting on the wall. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and came up with an option to use a third-party TV stand (as the OEM stand didn’t meet my needs). Brilliant approach and meant I bought the TV I wanted. Really value the expertise and sensible ideas provided.
