I love the Richer Sounds experience, good guys and knowledge that there is a price match too. If you want good advice on quality stuff, this is where I go.

I have bought two Samsung TVs over the years from Richer Sounds Reading and their service has been unfailing. Dan has demonstrated outstanding customer service and his advice and guidance has been really beneficial. I wholeheartedly recommend this store and will not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

I wholly endorse what the other reviewers who have given 5 stars have said. Steve served me and his knowledge of my own old set up was amazing, so that he steered me in totally the right direction in buying a new TV. He followed up a few days later to ask me how I was getting on with it. I feel 100% satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Richer Sounds.

I purchased a Marantz unit over the telephone, via the Reading store. Steve, the Reading store's manager, with whom I dealt with was very easy to talk to about the product I wished to purchase and helped me through the different stages of online purchase. However, the online site proved to be a fractious beast and in the end the purchase was made the old fashioned way with Steve taking my details. I would like to thank Steve for his patience in dealing with the online problems associated with the sale and I would definitely purchase more items from Richer Sounds in the future.

Fantastic service by the guys in this shop. Had a issue with my new Samsung frame 55inch. Spoke to the guys in the shop who with no hesitation sent out a new TV. I have always purchased my equipment from richer sounds and after this predicament i know why. Thank you richer sounds for a 5 star service again i will always be loyal to this company with all my future purchases.

Staff were as ever very helpful, resolved minor product issue, result of confusing user manual.

The collect at store info from courier, DPD, was a bit confusing suggesting it was going to home address.

The sound quality of the Philips TAM3505M2 Mini System was a little disappointing even allowing for price point. Lesson: try before you buy!

The enquiring and ordering process was very straightforward via telephone with Steve a pleasant helpful salesman. Competitive price for item.
Delivery was was the following day. I received a call aprox three quarters of an hour before informing me of the delivery time.

I spoke to Dan at Richer Sounds Reading. He organised for a TV to be delivered to store. I went to the store (parking directly outside). Dan was busy but store manager, Steve, helped me complete the deal. Simples!!
