I liked the quick response from Reigate…
I liked the quick response from Reigate to my online query and they offered a decent deal, although I would have liked more information on the alternative turntable (Majority auto) but this didnt seem one the man either knew about or was wanting to offer. Quick delivery was good as it was a birthday present for our son to put in his bedroom. Not tested yet but only disappointment the FOSI BT20A PRO does not come with the copper volume knob with which it is shown in RS online catalogue. To me albeit just cosmetic is a signature look of this amp and drew me to look at it in first place. I was led to believe from online comments you were given both colours in box. Looks a bit dull without that snap of colour.

I have bought my last TVs and sound…
I have bought my last TVs and sound bases etc from Richer Sounds, for value for money, and the excellent service.
It was my father's time to renew his TV, so drive straight to our nearest store. He was also very impressed with the knowledge and service of the staff, and bought one on the spot.

I always turn to Richer Sounds for a quality and competitive service
As always the team at Reigate branch were most helpful and friendly when I made my purchase which made my visit an enjoyable experience. The manager always has time to talk about product in general, to pass on technical information and keen to demonstrate the new demo room installation. The projector I purchased was very competitively priced and the six year warranty a real bonus which makes me come back time after time.

The salesman, Mark, clearly knew his work and quickly and expertly assessed my special needs as a visually-impaired and deaf customer. His recommendation, and the fact I was allowed to experience his selection for several minutes, proved correct and very helpful.
