Great staff help and engagement

Excellent products, price, 6Yr guarantee & service. I telephoned the Reigate store on Sunday 21 Dec for advice on a Yamaha AV to ensure it supported front up firing speakers and they were extremely helpful. I purchased the item over the phone using a secure email link and incredibly it arrived the next day, Monday, fantastic. Connected, followed the easy setup and it is producing beautiful sound.

I had great advice from Richard at the Reigate branch. I was looking for a streaming amp and some decent bookshelf speakers and after much research and deliberation I came away with a fantastic set up. Customer service was fantastic ! I had an issue with some damage to the amp. It obviously happened in transit. (I work in logistics and so i am fully aware that these things do happen). I made 1 phone call and it was swapped over within the hour. You cannot get better than that !!! I would definitely recommend a visit.

I brought a ub9000 panasonic 4k bluray player. 6 months in it goes wrong unable to play. Fobbed of and sent for repair. Now 3 months later again will not play. No loyalty even though I've spent close to 15k with them. All about sales..

I visited the reigate store to look for a new tv i meet with Ian who was very knowledgeable and helpful i agreed to buy a new 65" tv and collected it a few days later. Once home and installed i had issues with the tv itself as it wouldn't control the picture so contacted the shop they went through some checks over the phone after 2 more calls and a lot of frustration with the tv NOT the store at all it was agread to return it and a swap out to a new Sony. so i went to collect the new tv and return the faulty one, new tv was not in as it had been ordered a day later than my call, the guys in the shop went over and above to get it to me that day they stayed later than the closing time to confirm this all happens and I got my tv that day. So it's a big thumbs up from me for Ian and his team in resolving the issue I had.

Alway enjoyed an honest opinion from the team in Reigate, Ian as always along with his team happy to answer questions, demonstrate equipment and make suggestions that are user centred.
