I was looking to upgrade my hi-Fi system and not fully understanding the advancements of systems these days I thought I would go with Richer Sounds they seem to know everything about these systems and have been for quite a number of years.
And I was not disappointed.
I was greeted by Richard of the Reigate branch for an in store demonstration of the products I had chosen but he also added a similar product. After some advice and guidance from Richard he left me to enjoy and get familiar with the products I had chosen. The turntable was a lot simpler and more stylish than my original idea and the all in one mini hi Fi system is very impressive.
I’m glad I booked the demonstration because it really helped me choose the right products for my needs.
This is one idea that Richer Sounds has ( I think ), above anyone else.
So thank you Richard for the guidance and expert advice and thank you Richer Sounds for providing some top quality products so I can enjoy my music more.

Everything about the experience was fantastic.
The listening room is great and I really enjoyed the chance to listen to the speakers before purchasing.

Helpful staff who had good product knowledge. Have shopped at RS before so returning customer .I was lucky as shop was quiet so short wait to be served but maybe some more staff needed when busy

I was looking to buy the Focal Clear MG headphones and found that they were cheaper at a competitor. I spoke to Richard at the Reigate store. He said he'd look into it and got back to me within about an hour. He was able to match and then beat the price by £10. The headphones were ordered and I picked them up on Morning morning.

I was looking for a turntable to use with my Cambridge Audio One and Richer Sounds recommended the Argon one, as it has a built-in phono pre-amp. I was initially thinking of another manufacturer but their advice and logic was sound (excuse the pun). I needed to go onto YouTube to understand the tonearm set up and the cue lever took a bit of getting use to but I'm very pleased with the quality and how it looks, plus it comes in a variety of colours!

Friendly staff and interesting showroom. A little disappointed were were told we were unable to access the 6 year warranty highlighted in advertising (for the new music player we were purchasing).

Manager was very helpful and amazed at his knowledge when I had a sound issue with my new tv and 10 year old receiver and now works perfectly after buying a two way qed hdmi cable

John was excellent. Took his time, listened and offered some good ideas to my questions.
