Fantastic experience at Richer Sounds in Romford! I recently purchased a 55" LG G-Series TV and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. Rich, who helped me in-store, was absolutely excellent — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I chose the right setup rather than just making a quick sale. He explained the features clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days. Highly recommended if you’re looking for honest advice and a premium buying experience!

I wanted an item for my husband’s birthday but it didn’t appear to be readily available online. I called a store and not only did they have one in stock, it was shipped out and arrived the next day. The representative was very helpful and patient answering all of my questions. Payment was easy and the whole process felt hassle free. Ideal! Would highly recommend.

DPD tracking also when arrived a nice friendly phone call to say item has been received at store, I arrived 20 minutes before opening, wasn’t a problem for the guys,opened up early & what a very warm friendly atmosphere by all staff. Romford store.

I initially phoned Richer Sounds Romford to buy the Sony Bravia 7 and the call was friendly but still informative.
A few days later I picked up the telly and was in and out within 10 minutes! No faff.
I was pleasantly surprised that I got a follow up call from Graham a week later seeing how I'm getting on with the Sony i.e. was I having any problems with any settings etc. I said I couldn't be happier with the Bravia. We had a chat about the Bravia and other TVs for future reference... I for one will buy my next tv from Richer Sounds Romford... Can I also say that the follow up phone call to me came across as natural and not scripted. Long may that continue.

I visited Richer Sounds in Romford to get advice about how best to update my existing AV set up which was very old. Richard provided good advice matching my needs and budget with the various units available. After considering the options for a few days, I rang the store again and discussed the benefits of a slightly better Network AV Amplifier which I bought. Richard said be sure to call them if I had any issues or questions when setting it up. It was delivered the next day. I am very pleased with both the Amp and the great service provided.
