I've been trying to pluck up the courage to purchase a replacement for my cassette player broken over 50 years ago. I've asked around and people couldn't believe I still had cassettes, many which had been recorded by a good friend. I needn't have worried. I was treated with respect and even interest. First class service from the initial point of contact to receipt of the product as described and by the store in Sheffield. Although I live in Norfolk the motivation for the purchase of a set of speakers in the clearance sale was too good to miss. Described as ex demo the product was as new and the member of staff could not have been more helpful. Will definitely be using Richer Sounds services again. Thank you

I got a Samsung tv 48in where the picture moved around 5mm every few mins. Richer sounds changed the tv. it was replaced with another tv of the same make and model, this one also moved around and was unwatchable after paying £900. After giving Geoff at the shop video playback of the event I was offered another tv .this time an LK up to now tv looks ok. cheers,

I have used Richer Sounds a few times. I bought my 1st multi-region DVD player (Eclipse) from Sheffield 30 years or so ago and it still works fine.

My new TV (Hisense 75" Internet Order) is great so far. Only had it a week, although I've hooked it up to my soundbar because the sound didn't have enough bass for me.

The price was great to start with, but they had a 50 quid off code too which made the price even better.

Also included a 6 year warranty and free delivery made it a no brainer.

Karol and Zak the delivery guys were brilliant, brought the rather BIG box into the house and placed it were I asked them. Now, thats service.

I had a great experience buying a TV from the Sheffield branch. The store manager, Ollie, was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process.
