Voucher experience
I had a voucher as a present and wanted to spend it. i found the only way to do it was to call them. When I did it was easy, but I spent time unnecessarily messing around on the website.

Superb service from start to finish
Superb service from start to finish. Good advice given in the shop by Stuart and then another colleague over the phone when I had set up issues. (User error) Not everything we selected was in stock so I took the amp on the day and the turntable was delivered less than 2 days later which was really quick for Xmas week. I would really recommend the store as the staff seem to genuinely be interested in helping you.

They didn't have what I wanted in the store but said that I could order it and it would be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. It actually arrived the next day!
