Joining the VIP Club was easy and free, and saved me £100 off my TV purchase price; including the £10 first purchase voucher, it amounted to £110 in total, a phenomenal deal! Communication from Richer Sounds after purchase was immediate and comprehensive, including invoice and a link to delivery options. Delivery was on the day chosen, and a time slot of 3 hours was given, although traffic issues outside of their control meant my TV delivery was a little late! Great TV at a good price. Free delivery came within 2 working days too so can't fault that, was given a 3 hour slot for delivery a day in advance which was very helpful. Would highly recommend Richer Sounds.

Delivery was via DPD so that is a bonus for me. They give you an estimated delivery slot and give regular updates. As it happens my delivery was split over 2 separate vans which caused me some confusion in that after the initial delivery I though I had missing items. I phoned Richer sounds online support, wasn't kept waiting for ages and actually spoke to a real person who was super helpful. he even emailed afterwards to ensure all my items had arrived. Overall really happy with the delivery service and the customer service from Richer sounds.
