David from the Aftersales team deserves a medal. My daughter's TV broke after only 6 months, and David could not do enough to help sort it out. He seamlessly arranged a collection of the broken unit and arranged for the Stockport branch to post out the new unit that we wanted. He kept me updated both via phone and by email all the way the process. Well done David and Richer Sounds, one very happy customer.

Bought these to replace my Sony xm3. Sound quality is great with voices much clearer, as is the bass. Very comfortable to wear for long periods. The battery lasts for an age. Excellent price and service from Richer Sounds as usual. Very happy with my purchase.

I have used Richer sounds for years now because their prices are very competitive. When going into the shop the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. But even when i cannot make it to the shop and order online i am kept up to date with the order and delivery process. The delivery guys are also very friendly and take care when delivering my item into my house.
