Great TV and service
We wanted a TV that was no longer available, nor was our 2nd option.
We decided to go through the online store and purchased a lovely Sony at a great price. Ordered around 4 pm and it was delivered (FREE) the next day at 1:45 pm.
Easy setup which took about an hour, including re-registering some Apps.
Once again, brilliant customer experience from Richer Sounds

Website had all the info I needed and delivery was fast
Website had all the info I needed to make an informed choice of my cassette recorder purchase. I was also able to download and read the user manual before purchase to confirm the product would meet my requirements. Delivery service was fast, I was kept informed of expected delivery times so did not have to hang around waiting in. Delivery was within the time slot allocated.

First time using Richer Sounds
First time using Richer Sounds. Bought a TV with 6 year guarantee at a special offer price online and noticed a few days later there was a better offer for the same TV. I contacted Richer Sounds via their price guarantee scheme and they matched the new offer refunding me the difference. The TV arrived quickly and is everything we expected. Overall very pleased and will definitely recommend and use them again.

Ordering on line was easy and then the…
Ordering on line was easy and then the communication was exemplary with emails letting me know every stage of the items journey to my front door. Delivery day was given then narrowed down to a 3 hour slot. The items packaging was in excellent condition showing no signs of damage at all from its long journey.
A six year warranty and a good discount was the icing on the cake and I will certainly be shopping at Richer Sounds again.
