Ordering was straight forward
Ordering was straight forward, delivery was good and was kept up to date regularly. Only small thing the remote feels cheap and nasty however the tv looks good and not had any issues yet.

Whenever I look for anything hi-fi related I always have a good look around for a good deal etc. Why is it then I nearly always come back to Richer Sounds. Easy. They are simply the best. Can't beat them in price and always have a good choice of options. In this case I need a new stylus for my Project Evo deck. I found what I wanted easily and ordered it. I opted for the free delivery, a few working days. Guess what, it came next day. Outstanding again from Richer Sounds.

Great range and service.
Reconditioning an old Technics SL230 turntable and ordered a new cartridge to replace the damaged one on the turntable.
Arrived very quickly and the turntable is now fully functioning and back to playing my LP collection!

Tell you what, the whole experience from phoning to find out about an older model TV that wasn't on your website to unpacking the set and turning on couldn't, i don't think, have been better - unless someone stayed to take away the cardboard (hoho).
