I had not purchased anything from Richer Sounds for many years, but they had the turntable I wanted at a competitive price, and with the 6-year warranty. Ordered on a Sunday, delivery quoted as a few days, but it arrived Tuesday. Delighted.

Your delivery service with DPD is just poor, driver just taking a picture of a car park with flats and saying they got to my house and no one was in, called the same day and was told they were going to come back which they didn't, and next day they just deliver the parcel to a flat near by and I don't even know the people leaving there, no phone calls from the driver either, parcel wrap was open so anyone could see what I bought, it was just awful. Also no option to collect somewhere else, so bad bad service.
