Brilliant service and brilliant piece of kit!
I had been eyeing up the Pure Evoke Home for a while and saw a fantastic deal on Richer Sounds, so I took the plunge and ordered. Very easy process. Signing up for VIP also gave me an extra discount too! Even though I chose standard delivery, it was delivered the very next day which was brilliant. The radio itself is amazing, such brilliant sound for a small piece of kit, very loud! It's lovely to be able to play CDs again. I will definitely be buying any future tech from Richer Sounds - very happy indeed!

Easy buy, not easy delivery.
Buying was straight forward from the website, although I would have liked to have supported my local dealer but they didn’t get back to me in time,
Delivery however was in part bad.
The two chaps that actually delivered were polite and efficient, but the process was most annoying.
I had paid for delivery, specified a day/date and expected to hear nothing more until the day of delivery.
What I got were confusing text messages and emails which in part made me believe the item would not be delivered.
After taking the day off work this was annoying.
The email asked me to confirm I still wanted delivery! Quite why I wouldn’t and not contact if this were so I don’t know, I tried to confirm this (using their ‘bot chat’)but this kept asking me for a delivery or consignment number that started with the letter ‘M’ NONE of the ones I had started with a letter M so it wouldn’t accept or let me go further, by this time as the delivery was to be the following day, I was starting to worry a; I was going to have to cancel and buy from elsewhere & b; I’d wasted a days leave for nothing, this meant I had to call and sure enough, they wanted to confirm I wanted the delivery to go ahead….Ridiculous!
I would consider changing couriers, I for one, would not consider buying again from here if the delivery was by the same people.

Thank you for your feedback, although we are sorry that the delivery experience wasn’t a smooth one on this occasion.
We use several large screen couriers including our own small fleet of vans that service a number of local deliveries, so the choice of partner depends on various factors, including box dimension and location for instance. It’s obviously disappointing that the notifications you received appeared unclear and that tracking the shipment through the couriers website was difficult, we will of course review the feedback directly with the contractor.

I was sorry to read your review and, having corresponded with you directly during the complaint, I know the difficulties you experienced with your television caused considerable frustration.
Whilst personally I don't think it would be helpful to either party to revisit the full details of the matter here, I did want to publicly acknowledge that aspects of your case could have been handled better following your discovery of an issue with the product after wall mounting it. In particular, information provided during discussions around a replacement product was inaccurate, for which I am genuinely sorry. I have also spoken to the colleague involved.

Excellent service as always
I ordered a Manhattan Aero box for next day delivery and it arrived on time. I then had to order a second one which also arrived within 2 days even on standard delivery. Richer Sounds are my go to for audio and TV stuff as they're always reliable and when help or advice is needed you can still speak to a knowledgeable REAL person 🙂
