Richer Sounds - York Reviews 

I had been looking to upgrade my TV to a 55 inch LG G5 55 inch OLED before the world cup started and had searched through all the suppliers website sites to work out the best value deal. Over a period of 5 or 6 weeks, Richer Sounds consistantly offered the best price on this item but in addition to that they were offering an LG Soundbar to go with the TV at a fraction of its value when bought with the TV I wanted. When I checked the latest price a week ago and they were offering the soundbar for zero cost I made the decision to visit the store in York to discuss the deal. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and answered all my questions. They were also offering a free 6 year warranty on the TV so I purchased it and the TV and soundbar were delivered the following day.
They are both set up and working perfectly and I couldn't be happier with both items. If you are considering making a purchase of any electrical items, I recommend you have a look at Richer Sounds before going elsewhere. If my experience is anything to go by, you will be impressed with what they have to offer

I had help buying a tv stand for my daughter which resulted in me receiving the stand by free delivery the next day as promised. We were very pleased with the service and the help assuring me that I had bought the correct item.

We had an issue with the website operation not facilitating a smooth purchase process, so rang customer service/sales. We were dealt with promptly, with consideration and the telesales process was right first time,
The product arrived within a couple of days, in good condition. We set up the box quickly and it did its thing to load and be ready for action.
The product registration process was easy, in spite of an error between us and the other end with the serial number but was resolved first time with the supply of a photo of the product label on the bottom of the machine and all was well by return email.
I have given 5 starts because the responses have been first class and local. Having someone nearby and keen to help is a very refreshing change. Thank you.
