When I phoned to check the delivery date, their person got right onto it and called me back twice to relay what the shipper had said and then a follow up email to be sure. They are brilliant, thanks. Will buy from again!
Bought the TV at a great price. Buying online was quick and easy. Delivery was fast also. What makes these guys standout is the customer service. Samsung tv had a common fault after a year. I contacted by email and within a week it was picked up repaired and delivered back. Just exceptional service. Will only buy my TVs from here going forward.

Excellent Customer service
Due to a change of design plans in my house I had to return a TV stand(unopened) . It was slighty outside the standard return period. They took it back with no issues and refunded my money. An more suitable TV mount was purchased with them.

Awesome customer support

Great experience!
I recently visited Richer Sounds in Belfast to check out hi-fi products and home entertainment systems. Even though I didn’t make a purchase, I had an absolute blast, all thanks to George. Honestly, I think we became best friends during my visit. He was incredibly helpful, super fun to chat with, and made the whole experience a delight.
Having previously dealt with the Maidstone branch in England, I was curious to see what the Belfast store had to offer. So, I made the trek up from Westmeath because, it’s known to be the best hifi shop within Ireland and the UK.
If you’re looking to buy anything now or in the future, I highly recommend getting in touch with this store. Just ask for George, and tell him his best friend from Westmeath sent you!

The customer service is awesome and the patience etc. No pushyiness just good solid advice and information.
I am not at all surprised as I have used them before with same outcome and I will use them again.
These days top notch service is hard to find but RIcher Sounds prove it does exist. Its cost very little to be very good but the rewards are endless. One of the best delivery drivers I have ever encountered.
And it proves that COVID bs is just an excuse.

Quality service start to finish
Quality service start to finish. Dealt with Stephen Morgan in Belfast. Did an initial video walkthrough with Stephen of my room and advised on the speaker set up. When Electrician was installing...again Stephen was on call advising on positioning of Atmos speakers. And finally he helped me set up the Denon Receiver with correct settings. Brilliant service start to finish. Top class.

Top experience buying and receiving a TV.
Well I definitely have to say the sales team are completely amazing and willing to help you no matter your question. Also the delivery guy was 5 stars. I ordered a 65inch lg G4 oled TV and I'm in Dublin Ireland so it came from there Belfast store. They said that it should arrive on Tuesday but I had it delivered an all on the Friday morning that's 2 days after I ordered. Top service. Also the Oled TV is absolutely stunning looking. The best TV I've ever seen. This is either the 4th or 5th TV I've bought from there store and honestly if I could give them 10 stars out of 5 I would. They definitely have a customer for life here with me!!

Upgraded my old TV to LG G4 OLED
I upgraded my old 7 year TV to my first OLED. I went with the LG G4 65 inch. My old one was a Panasonic 58dx902b which served me well for many years. Richersounds Belfast are a lovely bunch, been a cusomer of theirs for 15 years now. A big thanks to the man who helped me unpack and assemble, really appreciated. I needed to replace an ageing AVR, and was minded to upgrade the subwoofer at the same time. The highly-informed and personable Stephen assessed what I already had, and suggested a bigger upgrade to the AVR but no change to subwoofer. I wound up with a Sony TA-AN1000 and boy, what a difference that made. As ever, the product was keenly priced and delivered very rapidly. Great telephone support for installation too. I must have recommended Richer Sounds twenty times over the years: just great. Emma, too!
