Been buying from Terry and co. for years. Bought a new cinema receiver just before Christmas and was able to get support setting it up on Christmas Eve from one of the lads in the shop (can’t remember his name). Great service as always!!

I've purchased a few items from these guys, the most recent being a Wiim Ultra Streamer that I set up on Christmas Day and I'm absolutely delighted with.

Just before Christmas I had an issue (of my own making) with my Rega turntable and (Dave?) sorted it for me, free of charge - Superb service!
I'm only mentioning this because I saw a 1 star review claiming that the staff know nothing. From my experience, and judging by the number of other positive reviews, this couldn't be further from the truth.

I'll be back in the new year for a Wiim Sound.

Just received new WIIM ULTRA streamer from Hi Fi Hut..love it and its a pleasure dealing with the team in Hi Fi Hut. Saving up to buy new Arcam A15+ and i will be returning to Hi Fi Hut for that..

Absolute gentlemen. Wonderful customer service. Derek kept me constantly updated on my order and was very thorough, noticing when part of my order was wrong (a mistake made by me). I was kept updated as supplier was delayed shipping to them which I greatly appreciated.

Started chatting around 5pm bratislava time, instant response from hifihut regarding lead time explanation on wharfedale dx3 5.1 speakers, apparently 3 weeks to get them plus one week to get to me. Within two weeks i got my system in Slovakia. At a price of 550 no extra charges on opposite Slovak retailer asks 700euro for dx2 from 2013 model range. Im absolutely happy with hifihut. Good job ladies and gentlemen. I will be watching your page for receiver now. Thanx

I just bought a Ortofon MC Cadenza Black Phono cartridge from the HiFi Hut, they were able to do the Ortofon cartridge exchange and sell me the new one at a great price and even offered to fit it for me. many thanks to Stevie who organised everything for me, an absolutely first class service. kind regards john 31/03/2025

I originally had an issue with my order from HiFiHut.ie, but their customer service team handled the situation exceptionally well. They responded quickly, thoroughly investigated the matter, and offered a fair resolution that worked for both parties.

The team’s professionalism and dedication to resolving the issue left a great impression on me. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to order from them again in the future.

Ordered a pair of Sennheiser HD800s headphones from the lads at hidi hut early sept and received them early October. I was kept informed about the delivery ongoing. I have been listening the the 800s headphones constantly over the last month and to say they are absolutely stunning would be an understatement. The clarity and detail is really excellent. Great timber and great soundstage.. love them and would highly recommend. The lads at Hifi hut are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you want Hifi go to Hifi Hut.

I really cannot rate The HifiHut highly enough. I found them by pure fluke on a google search. We are a family who like music but we're not obsessed so I wanted a mid range system with speakers as my teenager is getting massively into vinyl and Elvis in particular. Derek and the team steered me in the right direction, explained everything in great details - reminded me of things I'd forogtten about having had a "record player" as a teenager myself. I went and collected it. They took me through how to install it, I Youtubed the bits I was unsure of and I had it installed in a couple of hours. The sound is incredible, and it's great, really fabulous to be back listening to vinyl again - including all my old 80's and 90's vinyl.

They have a no fuss ethic. I had to return a cable that was faulty and they took care of me even though the item was just out of guarantee. I have bought numerous products off them such as a power supply and even simple products like a or next brush for vinyl it's so handy just drive into city west and you get what you want or alternatively I got a record deck delivered to Wicklow no problem. I'll be a loyal customer always like the no nonsense service.
At a later date they fixed a fault with my Pro Ject deck replacing the cable in the arm which took 29 steps to achieve I would highly reccomend this shop and indeed my sister bought a CD player and speakers from them.

I just have to say that my experience with HiFi Hut was nothing but first class. From my first audition a few months back through to final purchase recently I was expertly dealt with by Steve, Derek and the rest of the team.
Regular updates on my "special order" equipment which arrived on schedule as promised. Highly recommended.

I purchased my Marantz MCR612 in January this year. I wanted to wait a few months before reviewing, so I could give a fuller review. I met the guys in January and got a comprehensive run through all the systems that my Budget and listening requirements met, I'm no audiophile and a bit deaf in one ear!! So I decided on the above system and Klipsch speakers and I have to say I am more than satisfied with my purchase and can't thank the guys enough for the service and quite confident they will assist me in the future if I run into problems. Again many thanks and look forward to many years of listening...

I had some questions for Steve and he was very helpful. I changed my order due to delays with a certain Audiolab product and everything was handled perfectly.

This was all online. I received my order well packed 2 days after confirming it.
