Great t shirt fast delivery will order again

Found the site on the web couldn't believe the merchandise such a variety and really really helpful staff have told a few friends about the web page

I got my jacket very fast and the jacket was wonderful!! :)

Fast delivery, fast exchange when i picked wrong size!

I was looking to buy a Barbour quilted jacket and had found that there just were not any good deals to be had on the Internet. Well that is until I found Richmond Classics.

They not only had the jacket and size I needed but they were considerably cheaper then anyone else. The order and delivery process was really good. Well done Richmond Classics.

I just had to write this review to illustrate how extremely pleased I am with both the Richmond Classics website and their online customer service.

I ordered my new Vivienne Westwood handbag at around 3:25pm yesterday afternoon, then received an update at 3:31pm letting me know my bag has been upgraded to Saturday delivery via DPD at no extra cost with the option to track my delivery. I then received another update at 3:47pm informing me my bag has been dispatched.

It must be said that I do a hefty amount of online shopping, but I have honestly never in my life received such a speedy order processing and dispatch service from any online retailer! Furthermore, DPD also sent me regular status updates via e-mail and text message.

My bag arrived at 8:48am this morning and upon closer inspection, the bag itself was extremely secured in the packaging and in pristine condition.

I am incredibly impressed with Richmond Classics and as a huge lover of Vivienne Westwood, I will definitely be using their website again. I even received a personalised letter telling me who had handled my order, and who to contact in case any issues arised, which I really appreciated.

So, if like me you love your designer wares, in particular Vivienne Westwood, and enjoy extremely fast delivery and brilliant customer service, check out the Richmond Classics website!

Ordered t-shirt on Thursday, next day delivery? ? Didn't arrive until the Tuesday. This was a birthday gift but arrived too late.

Item sale price meant it was the cheapest on the internet, it also qualified for free shipping along with a tracking number, which meant it arrived the next day! Service was great and i even received a personalised letter informing me who handled my order and who to contact if there was a problem, which was a nice touch.

back in the late 80's and early 90's we'd always hit Richmond classics for the best gear that Bournemouth had to offer,fast forward 25 years and nothings changed,its still selling the best designer and street wear you can find.i never thought when I was 17 that by the age of 40 RC would still be around,long live Richmond classics!!
