There was free next day delivery which was great, unfortunately I did not receive this as they thought my delivery address was the same as my billing address, this was clearly stated when I signed up. They emailed asking if it would be ok if they delivered the order to the billing address, I emailed back saying it wasn't and didn't hear from them within a couple hours. I phoned them to check what was going on , they said they hadn't received the email and in the end my order came 2 days after. Product was fine.

Ordered one day for free delivery and it was here the next day,

I was happy about the service I received online however I was deeply shocked and upset that my parcel worth £110 was just left outside of my front door on view to everyone, leaving it open to be stolen.
I could not believe that this had happened and I was very fortunate that it was still there!

Sent for a Vivienne Westwood Handbag for my daughter to be delivered to my business address. Someone called to make sure this was definitely the address I wanted it to be sent as it was different from my home address...very security conscious! Handbag arrived beautifully boxed with ribbon etc....made the present look very special...let's hope she likes it!
