First class customer service
Purchased a Vivienne Westwood bracelet for my daughter for Xmas. Had a couple of queries about the item and Melissa (customer services) could not have been more helpful. Placed the order late afternoon and the bracelet was in my hand by 10.00am the next morning. I searched for so long to find this sexy bomber jacket from Boy London and now? I found it in the Richmond Classic online store. Jackpot. The order just takes 4 days to come to Germany. Great team, awesome clothes, good brands and fast process.

Excellent 1st experience.
I was delighted that the bag i wanted was in stock, slightly cheaper than elsewhere and next day delivery was free. An absolute winner!! I placed the order at lunchtime then was notified that the payment had been received. By mid afternoon I was notified it had been dispatched. A little later I was notified by email and text that it would be delivered the next day with the option of changing the day if i wanted. The next day i was given the delivery time slot.
It is my first experience of this site and i would definitely shop here again and would not hesitate to recommend the site to others. Excellent !
