New Bosch built in oven
Ordered my new oven from Rickmores recently. They weren't sure when stock would be in (one to three weeks). Got a call Thursday and was given a time slot for installation on Friday. I explained that I was looking after my young granddaughter and would maybe have to take her out. I was first call at 9 am and the old oven was taken away and the new installed within about half an hour. Very pleased, no mess and job done efficiently.

Vacuum cleaner update.
Our 30 year old panasonic upright hoover had a cracked baseplate and we were offered the chance of a repair by Rickmores on payment of £15 deposit. Unfortunately after waiting a week we were informed it was not repairable. The salesperson seemed very knowledgable and we purchased a new Sebo model, with our repair deposit deducted. Excellent service.
