Washing machine service
Everything went to plan. The delivery of the new machine including installing and disconnection of my old machine was done professionally and quickly. The old machine was emptied of water and taken away without any mess. All packaging was taken away and disposed of. Had one small problem that was resolved with a phone call first thing the next day when the installer returned to fix the problem. Very impressed with the service provided and will definitely recommend you to other people.

Brilliant service. Quick attention to what we wanted as customers and no attempt at over the top salesmanship. Long may family owned shops like this remain competitive. Larger stores think they give value for money by discounting but after sales service and customer attention is abysmal

Rickmans is a local shop with knowledgeable staff who helped me select a washing machine to suit my needs and budget. The machine was in stock and Next day delivery and installation promised. Delivered, installed efficiently as promised. All staff extremely helpful and considerate. Highly recommend them.
