Ride Direct 

Still waiting

Asked to make a comment on my experience of purchasing from ride direct over a week after making the purchase, however my item has not yet arrived. I have used many other biking on line shops whose service is infinitely better. Will stick to these websites in future.

Awesome service, very fast dispatch, even the delivery had the precision of a 1 hour time slot which was text to me first thing in the morning, the bike was very well protected and very clear, simple instructions for assembly.

My son will love his new bike for xmas. Communication and delivery spot on !

I bought £60 worth of of oil and coolant from these guys. The packages were sent very quickly with free delivery BUT I am missing two bottles!! I ordered 2 of each coolant and 2 of each engine oil and 3 two stroke oil. The 3 two stroke oil arrived in a box neatly packed with a checked bit of paperwork included. The other box was twice as big but only had 1 of each bottles in instead of two of each as I paid for.
Very disappointed that they could get something as basic as 7 bottles wrong.

Thank you for your good service very prompt delivery. The boots will be perfect for our grandchild.

I like bacon and 2 stroke oil, when will they bring out a bacon scented 2 stroke oil?

Gotta say these guys are brilliant. Searched around for the cheapest inner tubes online and came across Ridedirect.co.uk. I wasn't in a rush so picked free delivery expecting it to take upto a week to arrive. Item ordered on Sunday night and they arrived Tuesday afternoon by courier. Awesome! I was even sent a text first thing in the morning to let me know what time the delivery would arrive. I can't fault them at all!!

I will make these guys my first port of call when looking for bike parts!

I made my order it was to collect from the shop, i like to go down as there's some pretty cool stuff to look at....anything to do with two wheels and I'm there lol...the lads know what there talking about , dead helpfull too ... Try them out .. if they havnt got it in they will get it in ... Sorted !

Great set of boots at a great price

Needed a couple pairs of goggles at short notice. Prefer Scott's and they had some that were perfect!
Great Price (just £19.99 a pair) free postage and still arrived in time for the Ryedale!

Can't ask for more than that!

The service was so fast, parcel arrived in 1.5 days! Had done a lot of research on Internet and this was the cheapest price, plus I got a further discount straightaway just for purchasing their £1 discount card. I will certainly check their website again before making any purchases.
