Want excellent service, excellent delivery & at an excellent price, then go direct to Ride Direct.
Ordered a set of Oxford Heated Grips for her indoors bike on Monday @ 5pm, received two emails informing me re the status of my order on Tuesday & the grips arrived at 11 am on the Wednesday. That sort of delivery time normally costs extra- Ride Direct FOC - spot on.
The other spot on thing was the cost of the grips, after doing the normal slog of searching the web for the best price; I couldn’t find anywhere better than Ride Direct.
Will I use Ride Direct again - yep sure will.

Should honour orders no matter what
If website contains error in prices, those prices should be honoured and customer no called to be informed that they would have to pay more or cancel there order.
Not even sure there is not a legal obligation to do so. I will investigate further and take necessary action if my rights were violated
To give credit where credit is due, the part of the order that was fulfilled was done so promptly .

Fast delivery, great customer service
When I first ordered my goggles, there was some delay from Oakley. But when it was confirmed they couldn't supply ridedirect, an alternate was agreed on and delivered the next day, along with some free tear-offs for the wait. Goggles are different to the pic I was looking at but they are a much sicker style! Top job cheers guys

Very helpful staff, great price and service from a local store
RichaRd was really helpful and flexible in helping with my order.
We had an issue and he agreed to help to resolve really quickly.
We needed the bars by the weekend and he got them to us on Friday as promised.

Highly Recommended!
After searching around the web for the best priced Oakley googles I came across Ride Direct. Ordered them on Friday and they came Monday morning.
