Had a hygienist appointment this morning at 9am with Paris. Absolutely superb!! My teeth look and feel as if I have just stepped out of a Beverly Hills clinic. Receptionists also very helpful and polite not forgetting Vicky who helped Paris out today. They also managed to fit me in this week being school holidays.

Used to be a regular however they have changed the way the dentist operates, they only want customers to be up sold they don’t care about loyalty or putting customers first.
I went for a filling and was quoted £150 only to be told after getting the filling done that £150 is without any extra charges such as basic filling and they will have to add other costs such as different colour filing and I was told they will give it a deep clean for FREE however I WAS CHARGED another £35+ for that when the female dentist did not even mention that it would be additional costs. They just want to make money.
