Do not use this removal company.
They left halve my house still at the old house .they ask my friend if he could help them .I was.in tears all day becuse of them .
I then had to hire another van as they left souch of my house in the old house they scratched my furniture put a dent in my new fridge. I have never had such a worse experience in my life .complete incompetence people and I'm going to be taking them to court

Really great service from the Right moves. They helped me move house, disassembled and reassembled my furniture, and made the whole process so easy. Professional, friendly, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and would 100% use them again if I move.

Lettings portfolio was handled by an independent who sold out to this lot.One office handles ads,another contracts and another finance.Utter shambles.Dont expect to be kept informed,they don’t know what each is doing.New contract started 6 sept,now the 30 th,no contract,no deposits and no rent sent.Can think of a much more apt misnomer for Right Move.Moving my whole portfolio from this appalling company

So much of what is on there sold ages ago. Totally unreliable as to where they show houses to be - one close to here was in the middle of a main road on their map ...

Tried to sell my house through them. Absolutely useless no communication at all sold my house myself to company and they didn’t put any support, tried to charge me extra money. Sales don’t have a clue about selling houses to companies. After house sold they just still booked viewings and sending paperwork to lawyers for sale without my approval. If I can give them minus stars I will. No way of if I will be selling my house in the future I will instruct this company

At first I thought there was something wrong with my mobile phone. Now I've discovered Rightmove have changed the view of their website. It's impossible. The new layout which just shows a vast amount of empty space on screen makes scrolling through to each property difficult and time wasting. I relied on Rightmove but I will be switch to Zoopla unless something is done.

If you go to view a property to rent and you put a hold on it £200 the agent ask for references which they come back all good, they let you know you are the first to view it then a few day later you get an email to say it has gone talk about stab in the back for more money this is discusting I have written to the property Ombudsman this should not be allowed they are the pits this company stay a way

Your move (wednesfield branch). Absolutely appalling customer service. No organisation and non existent correspondence. Never answer the phone and the manager is quite rude (Alex). We have friends and work colleges who have encountered the same experience. steer clear!

I have used Your Move in (Bedford) 5 times now to find tenants for my properties and once again they've been professional and efficient.
Within a few days of advertising my house they had several viewings and offers.
Mark Rigby and Harley Robinson have kept me informed and responded quickly to my enquiries and made everything extremely easy for me and my tenant.

Easy to use, never felt I needed any more info, with their monopoly they must be coining it in. I know estate agents complain about the cost, hence loses one star.

Used right move on our last house move, we move on every couple of years. Found the process really simple to follow and there is a good customer relations department to help if you have any queries.
Saved a good chunk of money doing it this way so its a thumbs up.

Portchester rightmove Emma Smith. She was absolutely brilliant got us moved in and through paperwork withing 2 weeks (rented property by the way). She was professional and polite and i would give her 10 stars if i could.

The site is easy to use and the information on the houses seems fairly reliable in my experience - but in my area, they only return perhaps ten results when other sites give me over fifty. I don't know why that is though.

2022 edit: Looking in a different area gives a very different result! Many, many properties to choose from with the information more easily navigable than other sites. And the mobile version seems to be the best of the bunch.

No communication, lack of trust and a let down. In my experience I would never use this company again.
