Found Rightstuf at the end of 2019 and have spent way more than I'd like to admit through 2020 but I cant help myself rightstuf has some of the best prices of any site out there. Its hard to ignore when they have a sale going (and they always have sales going)

I have been a customer to rightstuf for many years and i have not been disappointed. All my items get shipped to me in a timely manner, and packaged professional to the extent it will make to me with no damage. And if there are any issues, they are quick to fix it.

Rightstuf is my go-to store for anime and manga and has been for years. Their staff genuinely cares about fans and shares their passion. Sometimes items may be cheaper elsewhere, but I feel much better about ordering from a company that I know actually cares over a soulless mega-corporation.

Right Stuf Anime is a great site with very affordable prices and amazing deals, it boasts a wide selection of manga, anime, and merchandise for any anime fan. It, however comes with some slight drawbacks with the website being slow or the shipping times being long, but this does not detract from the pros stated above. Definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for anything anime-related.

I really really really like Rightstufanime. It seems as soon as a new pressing is announced, it's up for pre-order on the site. I have had multiple cases with customer support and they are not only extremely helpful but extremely kind as well.

I have been buying mangas from them for years now and I love the site. It is very easily navigated. It has one of the most affordable prices for new items, even for pre-orders! Their weekly sales are awesome, but the best sales are the birthday and holiday sales. They are very quick with any concerns and respond at a timely manner. The packaging is very well done. Got Anime? Membership is definitely something you want to invest in if you plan on buying a lot from them. Even if it is a few buys in a year, it is worth the purchase!

Honestly...knew nothing about ritestufanime.com , my brother told me about it earlier this year and I have not left since, became a member and almost every check I’ve gotten I’ve gotten anime ! Literally nothing from there website from Blu-ray Discs to figures , nothing disappoints. When ever I talk to people about anime I always bring up the site and so many people thank me and wonder how they never knew about it before...Classics ? Got it. New stuff ? Got it. Things you’ve never even heard of? Got it. What are you waiting for ? Rightstuf is, and has been gradually becoming my go to site to buy anime merchandise. One thing I find worthwhile is their discounts for membership, and their frequent sales across the site. But, what really keeps bringing me back has to come down to their packaging of products. A cardboard buffer region within packages really does wonders when it comes to products being protected.

There has yet to be a single instance, even when the package has been mishandled, that my products have been damaged. This alone, in my humble opinion, makes rightstuf more than worthwhile to purchase from. The last thing anyone likes seeing is when something you've spent the money on buying gets damaged or even destroyed in transit.

Now, if you've gotten this far, that doesn't mean rightstuf is by far perfect. I take issue when it comes to pre-ordering, navigating their purchase history section, and the general route taken when shipping these orders.

If you're going to be someone who pre-orders on rightstuf, it is worthwhile to separate them into their own order. (I'll be grouping the shipping part in this.) When fulfilling/shipping orders shared with out-of-stock or pre-order items, it often times snags the order and holds them until all items are available. I find it annoying when I forget to separate pre-orders or out-of-stocks into an order of their own. If you don't do so, you may be waiting a good time on products that would normally arrive without any issue. To which, it may create a cycle where other products may go out-of-stock, and continue to hold it up.

Though, I can't say the minor inconvenience has kept me away. If anything, you can usually resolve the problem with contacting their customer service. It would just be handy if the extra step could be avoided, but it could be argued that it's merely user error.

Jumping to one final part, and still related to the former section is their purchase history section. Following on their shipping policy to often wait until a full order is available, this doesn't always occur. Sometimes you'll get instances of single items being shipped or groupings that fragment an order. From there, it only gets messy, and you can end up with several tracking numbers to keep track of what was originally one order. (Though, in the end you still get your products, and their packaging ensures that even single products arrive safely.) If this happens, it becomes a bit of a rough time trying to keep track.

It would be handy on a site side of things to be able to at least name your orders in the purchase history section. Then, it would bring order to the chaos. But, that's merely a side note.

Overall, when it comes down to anime merchandise, I can't really think of a better place to go. With poor experience with other distributors and their packing quality, it just seems to me that rightstuf is a proper choice. When anime itself is expensive, and you want to ensure your products are in tip-top shape, you should look no further. (Just don't necessarily expect the absolute best user experience when you're someone who frequently pre-orders like myself.)

Great company, love the prices and sales. I do wish stuff came back in stock faster and that they hadn’t raised the free shipping price, but I understand why they did it.

I have ordered manga and anime on DVD and Blue-ray from RSA, Robert’s Corner Anime Store, Amazon, eBay, Crunchyroll, Funimation and Sentai Filmworks. Despite the pandemic, all have done a relatively good job. RSA does the following very well: 1) The “Got Anime” member prices are lower for most products offered elsewhere. 2) the packaging and the interior cardboard inserts surrounding books and discs is the best packaging I have ever seen. All books and discs are wrapped in brown paper then nestled within a cardboard holder to keep them secure. No bubble-wrap or plastic pillows-more environmentally responsible.

To be superior to their competitors, RSA needs improvement on the following: 1) Customer service follow-up is lacking it non-existent. On 11/26, had ordered $200 in manga to collect the entire series. They have 14 of the 16 books in stock. 2 books are on back-order. Rather than sending the 14 books they have in stock and could send. Their policy is to hold all books until they can send it complete. I have suggested twice to send the available books now and send the back-ordered books with an order of pre-ordered books. I have received no answer and no acknowledgement of my emails after almost a month of waiting-hopefully will get a response from RSA’s “animazing” customer service. 2) Rigid partial shipment policies are not flexible to handle prompt delivery of goods. Amazon has the ability to send partial shipments snd clear their warehouses of inventory and still track unfilled orders. RSA policies and systems need to be updated to satisfy the customer not the convenience of the company. 3) Suggestions under a product are not always relevant. I was interested in a DVD but it was Season 2. It showed Season 1 but not Season 3 where I had seen it elsewhere on the site. Why would the product recommendations not show all Seasons? 4) Though there seems to be an overwhelming amount of NSFW, heteronormative products, there seems to be a limited amount of Yaoi/BL books and anime.

RSA is one of several places I go for anime and manga. I get faster response and better results from Robert’s Corner Anime Store and Amazon. RSA has done well in some areas and, if their management would address the opportunities for improvement and fix them, who knows how much of a powerhouse RSA could become?

They package the merchandise like no other. Cardboard spacers on four sides and extra crate paper top and bottom. Everything I have called in with order issues they have helped me out promptly. I wish other companies were like this.

I've been using RightStuf for almost all of my manga/anime needs for years. Between weekly sales and the Got Anime membership, I'm able to get new manga and anime for cheaper than anywhere else I've found, and as long as you meet the minimum order requirement the shipping is free. Always aiming for free shipping means your stuff might not get shipped right away because they may be waiting on some items before sending the package, but I think the trade-off is completely worth it.

They also have a massive selection. If it has been localized and is still in print they probably have it listed. Very rarely do I have to go elsewhere to find a title, and it's always been for an out-of-print title that is hard to find. They've done an excellent job of keeping me informed if the release of an item I preordered got pushed back, and I can easily check on past orders, what's been sent already, and what's pending. I also appreciate that they now let you know if an item you're viewing is something you've purchased already. When collecting multiple long-running series it can be hard to keep track of which volumes you've already purchased, especially if it's a pre-order, so having that notice has prevented me from pre-ordering the same title more than once.

I have been a RightStuf customer for over 3 years now and I can honestly say it’s the best website for anime merchandise. They have an excellent selection of shows, movies, figures, collectibles and they have some of the best prices anywhere on the internet. The love and care they put into their packaging is also unrivaled. I have never had an issue with my items showing up with so much as a smudge on them. Their website is very easy to navigate as well. If I had any sort of complaint, it’s that I wish the website would keep me logged in instead of having me log in every time, but I understand it’s for security purposes. RightStuf rules and I will continue buying from them for years to come!

Everything arrives on time and in perfect condition, best prices on anime that you can find.

Everything is great. Prices are the best online. Customer service is amazing. Shipping is pristine. My only problems were preorders delaying order fulfillment for a long time and I couldn't remove individual items from a very large order.

Canadian customer here. I order off them regularly and have had the occasional hiccup which was resolved quickly and efficiently but for the most part very reliable, quick and professional. Every time I've had to contact customer service to enquire about something I always have had a positive and helpful interaction. Nothing but good things to say there.

Unfortunately I no longer order figures as the shipping fees are far too high to be shipped to Canada.
