The best anime, manga, and other related merchandise online retailer is definitely Rightstuf. Everything is always at a reasonable price (except the Aniplex anime titles haha, but some are on sale right now). Even more discounts during their weekly sales.

These employees handle the packages with care. Each box is handled with care so that even if the mail carrier drops it or lets the box get wet, the items inside will not be damaged. You can tell everyone who works at Rightstuf Inc. is a fan of this sub-culture like me. Service this year has been slower understandably due to the pandemic but I value the service more than a quick-service retailer.

I decided to get a Got Anime? subscription this year after 2 years of purchasing from them and I’m happy with the membership. Even more sales and extra discounts.

I’ve always been aware of RightStuf Anime, but haven’t really made a purchase from them til this year. Even throughout the hardships of running a business that relies on shipping during the pandemic, I have experienced nothing but professionalism and dedication from them. I made quite a few purchases this year and each one came lovingly packaged and within a reasonable timely manner. Any issues I had were able to be resolved within a decent timeframe too. They have an amazing selection of merchandise that would otherwise be difficult to acquire for the overseas anime fan. Their seasonal sales are amazing too! RightStuf has definitely earned themselves a lifelong customer.

I love RightStuf. Best website I’ve ever found, though my wallet regrets it! Huge selection of anime and manga and more, great sales, wonderful customer service, and I LOVE THEIR PACKAGING! They make sure everything gets to you safely and undamaged, and the boxes always have hilarious little sayings on them.

I've used RightStuf for most of my anime buying or over 10yrs. They have the best selection of anime and reasonable prices. I love that they have a membership that saves me 10% on most items. They take pride in their packaging, making sure you get your items undamaged. They are a trusted site with great customer service. I look forward to many more years using RightStuf for my anime needs.

I made a bunch of orders from here and everything always makes it fast. The best part about it is that they package good too and nothing comes in loose, everything has made it in good condition. I also the like website design and how simple it is to make my purchase. The only problem would be that sometimes your cart glitches and you cant removes things or edit it and the price goes up with out having adding things but that rarely happens maybe once a month am guessing. Overall its great.

Right Stuf is an excellent, reliable business that has been around for a long time. Especially of note is the quality of their packing when shipping. Everything has always arrived safe and undamaged. A mail carrier once left a Right Stuf box where it got rained on, but the manga inside were completely dry, it was packed so well. Particularly If you wait for sales, you’ll get some of the best prices out there available for new anime and manga and the like, but items on the site are pretty much always priced below retail to start. They have frequent sales, from certain publishers or with a particular theme, and their Black Friday and Holiday sales really rock the discounts!
Their member program, Got Anime, is awesome and I earned back the money I spent for it very quickly.
Another feature I enjoy on the site is that it lets me know if I’ve already purchased an item from them - which may say more about me that I sometimes can’t keep track lol!
Anyway, overall I am very pleased with Right Stuf as a company, and would recommend to anyone!

the service is absolutely amazing always responsive every package arrives in perfect condition and they have a wide selection of products to choose from and some killer sales. My only problem is that the site can be tedious to navigate and has a few minor bugs.

Pretty damn good. Fast shipping, great customer service, and pretty much any non-merch, anime-related item you would ever want. I heard about them on a podcast a few years ago and since then I’ve only purchased a handful of anime/manga not from their site. I like how their brand presence is friendly and fun (definitely doesn’t seem super corporate when you call one of your higher ups the Dark Lord) and they seem to genuinely care for their employees. My fav part is how well they package their items. I never have to worry about items coming damaged.

The only complaint I have is that when something goes out of stock there is no estimated date that the item is supposed to come back in stock. This has left me in limbo a number of times, wondering if I should cancel my order and order from another retailer or not. Typically I just stick with rightstuf because they have the lowest price. If this change was introduced I would give them a 5 star rating.

I’ve been shopping here for over a decade and feel like they’ve continuously gained more of my anime/manga business each year. While I’ve continuously seen more online store moving towards less shipping materials to save on costs Rightstuf has continued to focus on protection over savings. No matter what damage may have occurred to the packaging during shipping the items have always been protected and arrived damage-free.
Their prices may not always be the cheapest, but their care for their customers makes up for it. The handful of times I’ve contacted them I’ve always had a friendly and helpful staff member quickly solve my problem.
If you are looking for a anime/manga shop that gives you small business quality care look no further.

They always have anime, manga, and light novels at cheaper prices than everywhere else. They also package their merchandise extremely well. The only reason I can’t give them five stars is they do take a while to get your orders to you, but if you want them in good condition then it’s worth it.

This is one of the greatest places to order anime from. There are always great deals, great shipping, and the customer service is amazing. If you order from anywhere its here, they even have anine that most places don't want to carry.

I’ve always had very good experiences with the customer service reps on Rightstuf! When I’ve had lost packages or had to change payment options, they were always cordial and did their best to help me. The products are always well packed in the shipped boxes and I’ve never had damage issues.

So I really wish I could give RightStuff a 4.5 star but I am not willing to go to a 4, so I guess they are getting a 5.

Don't get me wrong, the site is great for deals and I have been a purchaser since 2013, and a paid member since 2016 but there is room for improvement.

PROS: The site had amazing deals on anime and manga, especially if you pay for the membership ($18 yearly) which depending on how much or how often you purchase can pay for itself pretty quickly. Their packaging is top notch! They use boxes, wrap items in paper, and usually have some type of cardboard insert to keep any wiggle room to an absolute minimum. The deals is the best part though, I mean I order a lot of manga and they have usually some type of discount on manga at all times, plus a revolving deal with publishers that will give an extra deal with that particular publisher for a bit. PLUS they do pretty regular large events where they will give even bigger deals and even bundle books together to help you get longer (popular) series if you have fallen behind. They also license some Anime series so you may see some exclusive series available.

CONS: really I don't have many complaints, more room for improvement. 1. The site is not the most intuitive. It will log you out fairly frequently, it has long load times sometimes, and navigation certain parts (like save later. Or removing from cart) is not the easiest. 2. Shipping times. This is a big thing with a lot of people, but it doesn't bother me too much, be aware if you place a large order and something is out of stock or preorder you may need to wait until ALL items are available until it ships. That means if something goes out of stock while you are waiting for a preorder you may need to wait even longer. Now sometimes they will ship part of your order if you are in the US but be aware that they will not always do so. They also say they prioritize member shipping so if you order a bunch of popular things that say they are in stock during a sale, you may find an item is "out of stock" in the next couple of days and you may need to wait. Again I order a lot of manga and have no problem waiting for preorders or out of stocks for a while just for the deals offered.

Long and short of it is that RightStuf is a great site and they package well, just be willing to wait for shipping.

I started shopping this year from RightStufAnime and I love them! They have cheaper prices than most leading retailers (Amazon, Barnes and Noble, BAM!). They do an excellent job with packing. I've never had a problem with my books being damaged. The only downside is you have to wait a little longer for shipping, but that's most likely due to the pandemic. Overall, I trust them, and I will continue buying my manga solely from them.

I just got my membership this year but have really enjoyed having it. I have little money but the lower prices have allowed me to get more books. I have bought $1000.00 of books and service has been quick and well packed. To be fair, I did receive two books that I felt were defective. I went though the return exchange with the first book but it just cost me more money. Not a great return policy. I will continue to renew my membership when that comes due because it is worth it. I really like Right Stuf Anime.

This website is amazing for someone who shops for manga often. The deals are animazing compared to regular store prices. They ship out regularly fast and allow you to claim the sales price on an item even if its sold out and waiting to be restocked. That being said you will have to wait until in stock to be charged and receive your order, but it's worth the waiting
