I have been buying from Rightstuf for years. They have top notch packing of our products and customer service. Their sales are unmatched.

A great hobby shop with the supply of an actual large warehouse. This a wholesale retailer shop exclusively online. It sells mainly Japanese works such as comics, movies, cooking guides, and even some erotica. I buy there products all the time. Their free-shipping sale for products over $60 (used to be $50 but due current circumstance this has changed) has encouraged me to buy from them. They even got 'Got-anime' membership that goes only $10. This membership gives perks/discounts for the whole year. You can purchase in conjunction of your other purchases to get that nice free-shipping as I mentioned. Lastly, the company has been very attentive to purchase declines and shipping issues. They have alerted me on both accounts and answered my calls in quick time.

I have made a (frankly unreasonable) number of purchases from Right Stuf over the course of 2020 and had a positive experience every time. Their prices on manga are hard to beat, and while it can sometimes feel burdensome to meet the relatively high free shipping threshold, their extensive selection makes it manageable--and I am happy to be shopping somewhere other than Amazon. The one time I accidentally ordered a duplicate volume (a real rock bottom moment in my comics addiction) their customer service was prompt and helpful.

I started ordering from Right Stuf fairly often this summer, and I've been consistently impressed with their selection, prices, and quality with every order. My anime and manga collection has practically exploded in the past six months because of them, and unlike shopping for books on some other websites, I always know I'm going to get a copy in perfect condition, which gives me great peace of mind.

Eventually, I was buying so much that I decided to spring for one of their Got Anime memberships, which adds additional discounts to their prices. I was skeptical it would be worth it at first, but it's since paid for itself and further makes their prices unbeatable. So if you're going to be ordering from them often, the membership is the way to go.

I do have one critique, however: after I finish reading a manga, I like to write a review of it on their website. While this usually goes fine, several have been caught by their content moderators (?) and not made visible. This is frustrating because none of these reviews break their listed rules, meaning there must be a second set of opaque, private rules. To their credit, though, when I contacted customer service about this -- which, in general, is always fantastic help -- they apologized and posted the reviews, so there must be some kind of disconnect between departments. Unfortunately, though, this has since happened again, so I'll have to contact them again.

Always good deals, mush better than those in store. Also, quick to ship!

I always have a great experience shopping with right stuf. When I initially started collecting Light Novels I was using Amazon but when I discovered RS it was a game changer. Their deals are always great and I get my orders in a timely manner. Nothing is ever damaged or late (if anything it come a little early). Thier website is easy to navigate as well and well put together.

I’ve been a member of their service for almost 2 years and it offers the best prices I can find on manga. The most important thing is their shipping though. The boxes are always extremely secure and all the books I have received are in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this site.

Hands down the best retailer (online or otherwise) for manga and anime. They have great sales, the biggest selection, and very helpful customer service. I have been collecting anime and manga since the mid 90s and Right Stuf has supplied much of my collection over these years. Highly recommended. When there have been hiccups with my order, the customer service has always been friendly and helpful. The website is easy to use and it’s nice to see the employees really seem to be fans too.

Rightstuf has a great selection of deals all the time with series that are sometimes impossible to find it’s just that their shipping times is a little long but it’s not that bad

Service has been stellar even with the crunch of virus and holiday shipping, and the few times there's been a longer-than-normal delay it's been warned of by company messages telling me they're giving people time for the holidays, which is honestly a thing I'd love for more folks to get in the midst of any of this. Good folks, good service, good product. Never had any delivered with the slightest damage no matter how fragile or how much packed into one box, as well. All of this sounds better than some other companies I could name, and at a lower price to boot.

They have an excellent selection of anime titles. Their prices are usually cheaper than most other places I've looked and their customer service reps are easy to get ahold of and friendly.

This site has helped me on shopping for not only myself. But to reach my peak on the perfect gift for my girlfriend. The limited editions r worth every purchases. Offers are amazing. I get the majority of my anime/manga-related items from Rightstuf, and I couldn't be happier with the quality. The prices are usually comparable if not cheaper than other stores, but the biggest thing to me would be the condition of the items and care taken in packaging/shipping.

I've had many boxes come to me absolutely shredded with the sides of the box sliced open or almost missing due to the postal system (no idea how it even came intact), but the books themselves still emerged in pristine condition. They pack extremely well and tightly with box-fitting spacers and a ton of extra papers.

Their customer service is also very considerate; I brought up an issue with one of the books I received - part of the top corner of the spine was torn. This is a very common occurrence in manga volumes, so I honestly wasn't expecting too much besides ordering another copy, but the person who helped me shipped a new copy free of charge, and I was still able to keep the first copy. Rightstuf also has a lot of exclusives that makes it worth coming back to them as well.

The biggest downside is that they aren't as fast as places like Amazon, but for a smaller company, the delay between ordering and receiving the materials is usually acceptable. In a post-Covid world, the delays have gotten longer and longer, but if you want quality and are in the US, Rightstuf is the way to go.

As a whole, Rightstuf is easily one of the best places to buy anime. Their everyday prices are better than other retailers for the bulk of their products, and they have the biggest selection of anime. They have amazing sales, such as the recent holiday sale, where prices for many things can get cheaper than half off. Their shipping can be a bit slow, but everything is packaged really well. Especially compared to amazon, which I’ve had several bad experiences with. They recently raised free shipping threshold unfortunately. But overall, Rightstuf is easily one of, if not the, best places to buy anime from.

During their holiday sales, Rightstuf has amazing prices on anime and manga, especially if the items are part of a bundle. Even when Rightstuf is not having one of their special sales, their pricing on items is still decent when compared to other retailers.

The only negative things I have to say about the company are related to shipping. The threshold for free shipping is a little high ($75 at the time of writing) and shipping can often take some time to process. Overall, I think the wait time is worth it when combined with the money saved from sales.

I have been a Right Stuf customer for more than two decades now and, while I've tried other anime suppliers, none of them have been able to match Right Stuf in terms of web site organization, ease of order, in stock catalog or delivery times. Even in the pandemic they've kept on top of shipping and information for their customer base. Hopefully this has not come at the expense of their staff, who are clearly a critical component of what makes this company work.

Rightstuf always have item prices lower than their retail values, not to mention the variety of sales that happen every week and the free shipping for bulk-buy orders. The numerous packages I've received over the last couple months have always arrived in good condition. The packaging of the products itself is also tight and clean, so damage has been super rare from my experience.

If you've used Rightstuf long enough, you'll know the only real complaint about it is the extremely slow and clunky website. Although it is simple and gets the job done well enough, Rightstuf can benefit greatly from an improvement to the website's UI. Moving larger quantities of items around is tedious and the way the website processes that is clumsy.

With that said, Rightstuf is still an excellent source of manga/LNs and anime. Plus, I personally don't think the prices anywhere else in the US can beat out its sales prices outright, so I can confidently recommend buying from RS.

I've been shopping on the Right Stuf website for over a decade now. I always wait for their sales to occur as shipping to Canada for free has a minimum amount, this amount has changed over the years but not frequently. I always receive the order in pristine condition thanks to the extra care they put into packing. The deals I get during the sales can't be found anywhere else. Right Stuf will be my anime/manga shop of choice for the foreseeable future. I do wish they had a Canadian warehouse so I could order from them more frequently.
