I’ve been a customer of rightstuf for almost 20 years and they continue to exceed my shopping expectations. They have a huge selection of anime, manga, merchandise, games, books, and music including being the exclusive retailer for Aniplex and Pony Canyon. They also offer some import titles, usually from the Gundam universe. Great packing of products, a frequent buyer program, great sales. TRSI is hard to beat for your otaku fix.

So far I've never had any issues with Right Stuf. Everything has arrived in great condition, and their shipping options are really good.

I mostly preorder manga with them, but recently I've been buying some figures and DVD/BD sets from them too, since they offer some really good sales. The discounts on preorders really make them one of the best choices out there. I'm not certain how good a deal their membership is yet, I am new to it, but it's not expensive in the first place.

All in all, I highly recommend them!

Every single item is packaged with great care. I have never received a damaged item or had anything lost. Their website is easy to navigate and they have an incredible selection of items.

I've been shopping almost exclusively at Rightstuf for nearly 15 years. They've more than earned my loyalty with great prices, outstanding customer service, and speedy shipping. Even during the holidays, I'm rarely waiting very long for my orders to ship out. On the rare time that there's a mistake on an order, or if i need to change an order, their customer service reps are always friendly and helpful and get things resolved quickly. Your orders will arrive in great condition too. I've had some packages arrive that looked like the USPS drove them over with a truck, but nothing inside even had a scratch on it. Those people in the warehouse know how to pack things! I just wish I had known about them even earlier, i could have saved a ton of money as opposed to shopping in a brick and mortar store. I wouldn't have any more money in my pocket, because I'd have definitely just bought more from Rightstuf. They definitely have my business with the standards they uphold.

Its the place to go for all my manga needs. I can go seven minutes down the road to a bookstore to get my books but i dont rightstuf has everything i want for a better price.

I’ve been ordering from RightStuf for a little over a decade and they have been fantastic that whole time. If there ever is a problem with your order they make sure to find the solution to fix it. Every item is packed with care and hardly ever get damaged during shipping.

I've been using Right Stuf for many years and they have always been great. They have the best prices and they pack everything carefully so it doesn't get damaged during shipment. If they say they can get a backordered item, they will get it no matter how long it takes. I had to cancel an order once and they didn't have any problem with it. I also had to return an item because of a manufacturer defect and Right Stuf was very helpful with that. You have to pay the return shipping yourself, but PayPal will reimburse you for that if you paid for the initial order with PayPal.

Ive had nothing but a great experience so far, every order Ive placed shipped super fast and everything was in great condition. Selection is awesome and the deals are incredible.

One of the nicest and most trustworthy place to find anime/manga. They have the largest selection and the best prices. The staff is awesome and super friendly and willing to help with anything. Amazing customer service. One of my favorite things is that if they are out of stock you can still order items and they send it to you when it comes in.

I shop with Right Stuf Anime because they are part of the community but also because they have excellent service- my stuff arrives in a timely manner and in good shape just as well as it would from places like Amazon and surprisingly often at better prices. And they have an amazing selection

Right Stuf Anime gets me my products within a relatively quick timetable and with good packaging. They have constant sales on many of there suppliers goods. They also have constant contest and free giveaways. There staff is nice and helpful and I always like the notes and cards they include my packages. all in all, the top two websites for buying anime at a reasonable price are RightStuf and Sentai Filmworks, with RightStuf being better in my opinion.

The packaging is always excellent. The prices are either among the best, or the best that I can usually find.

I frequently purchase from Rightstuf. The items have always been delivered quickly and in pristine condition. Customer service is very easy to work with and answer queries in a timely manner.

The prices are fair and sales are frequent and they take a substantial amount off of a lot of items. Being a member also gives perks like members only sales, access to sales early, and general discounts, which are great. The cost of membership will easily pay for itself even if you only make a few purchases a year.

This website is great! it has amazing deals every week which is great! The shipping is usually fast but because of COVID-19 and the holidays it is taking a lot longer then usual but that’s not their fault. Packaging is amazing so your items won’t get damaged and it’s usually usps but Rightstuf is always happy to replace your items which is awesome! This is the best place to buy manga and other awesome anime stuff, ever since I’ve discovered them I never switched!

Rightstuf Anime has been my go to anime retailer for several years and I've yet to have a bad experience. They have an incredible selection of Anime, Manga, Figures, Assorted merch, etc. In my experience if it exists (legitimately) they'll have it. Their sorting and filtering preferences are great making it quick and easy to find exactly what you're looking for. Their prices are always great and there's almost always a sale going on. Their "Got Anime?" membership is a huge plus as well if you shop there even moderately. For $18 USD per year you save a little bit on every purchase and it always pays for itself in my experience. Their customer service has always been prompt and helpful on the very few occasions I've needed to use them.

Just a few small critiques. Out of print Items are sometimes still listed on the site but tagged as "No Longer Available" I would prefer they just delist them. I would prefer a more consolidated experience if you sign up to be on their mailing list. Sometimes I'll get two or three emails a day which can be slightly annoying. I would prefer the "Got Anime?" program to be set up as a subscription that would auto bill me yearly instead of having to put it in the cart and buy it every year. Finally their choice of currier could be better. Even before COVID I would have trouble with USPS delivering my parcels on time. I would love an option to use UPS or FedEx even if it cost a little more. These are all very minor however and the Overall experience is top notch.

They also are active in supporting local animal shelters and causes which I find awesome!

I've been order for Right Stuff Anime since 2008 and it greatly help to build my anime collection. At least 70% of my 2000 DVD and Blu-Rays come from them. The best anime, at the most reasonable price. Pack with care and dedication than aren't seen elsewhere that much often. Truly devoted to spread the anime culture, witch is praise worthy!

They have they best selection at unbeatable prices, especially when combined with the membership discounts. Their packaging is solid so you can be sure that your books will arrive in perfect condition and even the most delicate figurine will survive in mint condition. But there is often some minimal branding on the box so it’s not entirely discrete.
Overall I’m happy with my experience, the customer service is always great and quickly resolved any issues satisfactorily.
