Without a doubt the whole experience of designing, costing and installing our new kitchen through Rigid Kitchen Company was 5* and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We've had so many comments not only about the design and quality of the install but also about how seamless the process was compared to others' experiences.
From first visiting the showroom and chatting to the team, to John's design and advice, to Anna's communication, to the fabulous fitters Dean and Andy and all their recommended workmen, the whole experience was perfect, and we are now very much enjoying the kitchen we wanted. This company care and have integrity to get it right for you. Thank you so much!

What makes it so special is the personal touches of a local family firm where every member of staff wants to make the whole process of choosing a kitchen, designing it and fitting it as stress free as they can with their wealth of knowledge! Nothing is too much trouble.

Where do I start.
Rigid have been amazing, John the owner isn't pushy at all. once ordered, you are assigned a fitter, ours was Spencer, such a maticulous man. Always on time and gives 100%. The sub contractors Spencer uses were all helpful, extremely experinced, well established and skilled in there fields.
Our finished kitchen is AMAZING. Absolutely love it.

Our experience with rigid kitchens was fabulous right from the start when we went to the showroom at Shenstone. John came to visit and measured up and offered lots of useful advice. Rigid kitchens worked well with our builders. Dean and Andy the kitchen fitters were amazing. Friendly, jolly and very professional. We are so pleased with the quality of the kitchen units and work surfaces.

I had a kitchen fitted in 2020 i had a problem with wall unit door not closing i contacted Rigid kitchen company to see if i could purchase another door because the other door was damaged. I spoke to Anna and explained what my problem was she arranged for Lee to come out to see what the problem was. Lee identified what the problem was. We arranged for Lee to come out to rectify the problem. Lee said that I would need a new door. Lee contacted me on 4/2/25 to see if he could come to fit door. I would recommend this company had no hassle from them they just got the job done.

Where can we start. We chose Rigid, firstly as they were recommended to us and secondly as John re-designed our kitchen in a way we had never considered. He really listened to us about the things we didn't like in our previous kitchen and adapted the design to meet our needs and preferences. The finished kitchen exceeded our expectations. Working with Rigid's lovely team of contractors made the whole process really smooth and easy. Richard and his dad did an exceptional plastering job with an amazing finish. Matt looked after us with the plumbing and our heating issues. Nathan and Paul guided us through the electrics with a great sense of humour. Nothing was a problem for Paul with the floor. Spencer project managed and fitted the kitchen, what a perfectionist. He was happy to answer our questions and explain things and give us the benefit of his experience when we were making decisions. He wasn't afraid to say if he didn't think something would work or to suggest something. He did an amazing job with our bespoke fitted media unit, it's better than we imagined. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rigid or any of the people we met through this process, thank you!

They were brilliant absolutely delighted with kitchen.
We did panic to get it finished for Xmas but they turned up a got the job done.
Ask for Chris to do the fit out but he will cost you a fortune in coffee (ha ha).

Extractor fan gave up the ghost after Christmas. Since Rigid had done an excellent kitchen refit some 7 years ago, I called into the showroom on Monday to enquire about a replacement unit & replacing a dripping tap. By midday Wednesday Extractor & tap both replaced. Brilliant service, & a great job done. It's not easy to remove built-in units & replace with no mess & no fuss. Thank you.

We are delighted with our kitchen - it's even better than we hoped for.
John's design has changed the feel of the kitchen, making it more open,seemingly spacious and with more storage and a breakfast bar we had only dreamt we could fit in!
The quality of the units is excellent.
As for the fitters, they went about it as if fitting their own kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile on everything. Thank you Dean and Andy.

We are so glad we visited Rigid Kitchens after being recommended by two friends. John came out to our house and listened to our wishlists, letting us know gently when certain things would not work and giving us ideas for things that would. As we wanted a wall knocked down between the Dining Room and the Kitchen, he gave us contact details for a builder. Adam came out and confirmed the wall could go and we went back to John to go through the plan, ask some questions and make our final choices - all of which John patiently helped us with.
One of the wonderful things about Rigid Kitchens is the relationship they have with the other tradespeople and the way they all keep in touch with and talk to each other throughout the project. Through John and then Adam, we were also introduced to others for plumbing, electrics and flooring.
Every single person who worked on our kitchen transformation was a pleasure to have in the house. They were happy, friendly, professional, extremely tidy and anything we thought might be a problem, they easily solved.
A special mention must go to the wonderful Chris, our Kitchen Fitter, who spent the most time with us - a true professional and perfectionist. He kept us informed on everything he was doing and was always happy to answer any questions - a lovely person to have in the house and to hear singing happily along to the radio whilst he worked.
Thanks to everyone, we now have an amazing kitchen and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

We called on Rigid Kitchens, again. We wanted a redesign, John who is very experienced in this field was very good, We took John's advice and had quotes from Adam the Builder to carry out the structural work. Very reasonable and the workmanship excellent. We also went with the recommends for the Electrician, and the floor Tiler. All excellent work. The kitchen fitter Chris, was fantastic, attention to detail superb. His singing voice isn't bad either. The whole team made the experience effortless for us. Everything ran like clockwork. John has an amazing team of people, all fantastic. Please never forget Anna, who is the front of house what a joy to deal with her, she nows her job inside out. Thanks Anna you are a star. Big thanks to you all.

Amazing company. We love our kitchens. The staff are very pleasant and work very hard. The process was easy from start to finish. The kitchen fitter was also lovely.

I can honestly say that I would highly recommend Rigid Kitchens time and time again. They were recommended to us by two friends and I'm so glad we listened and absolutely made the right choice. John was so patient when planning our kitchen and wasn't in the least bit bothered by the fact we changed our minds on so many things several times! 😅
The whole process from planning to fitting was seamless. We had courtesy calls along the way, felt really looked after and that the hard earned money we were spending, was valued by Rigid. Their after sales is as wonderful as their initial sales too. We witnessed that when in their showroom once and a while after our fitting, called on them for a problem we had, (a leak which was nothing to do with them) and they helped us sort it with no bother at all.
A good friend of mine had what looked to be a beautiful kitchen fitted only 2 years ago by one of the big well known kitchen firms and the doors are bubbling and peeling something awful 😟 and their customer service team have been shocking. It makes me so sad for them but VERY thankful that we went with Rigid and his team. Thank you for helping to turn our house into a home 💖 It really does mean so much 🥰

We're extremely pleased with our new kitchen. The units are very well constructed and the fitters and other contractors were friendly, helpful and did a top-rate job.
When a minor glitch arose with an appliance, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
We wouln't hesitate to recommend Rigid Kitchens to friends and family.

From start to finish John and the team have been absolutely brilliant. John spent a lot of time with us designing our perfect kitchen, providing really helpful and honest advice on how we could get what we wanted within our budget. His patience, knowledge and friendliness were massively appreciated - as were his regular visits to our home as the build progressed to ensure everything was measured and timed to perfection with the builder.
Chris fitted the kitchen for us and he was excellent - a real perfectionist and a pleasure to have around. We are so happy with the result.
