Not happy wit the online service. I ordered three articles: one of them (a shirt) was apparently used although the label was untouched. I would need to invest extra time for replacing the item since it arrived without one of its buttons, also no extra button attached to the label, and it had a stain in the region where the button should have appeared.

Cheaper price on product

I ordered two dresses only one regunded
I ordered two dresses, but I had to return them because it was the wrong size.
They only refunded one dress and I try to reach customer service allready 4 times sine several weeks... i m really disappointed since I love the brand. I will not order again
