Super quick delivery hence the 2 stars instead of one. Nobody in France accepts the onvioulsy mistaken return labels attached to their invoice. Customer support doesn't exist do I'm basically losing hundreds of euros by simply choosing the wrong shop. Never again!!!!
Update after your response on 20.12. 2023: Indeed, your customer support came back to me after almost a week or so (so half of the super short 14 day return window is already gone) and I followed all the steps and STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED the etiquette. Just awful.
I will rather pay some 20 eur to send the order back to you than running out of your short return time window. The conclusion is the same: never again.

NO service!!! The parcel did not arrive/ went back and the service of the shop was horrible! They did not answer for a week I wrote a lot of mails/ tickets and even tried to call them they DID NOT answer. Then I returned the payment and had to pay for this. Be careful with this shop....

Bad support experience and no answer
I ordered a few dresses from which one, altough very beautiful, is far to small. I want to send it back following the instructions. I don't get any answer and also the phone number which is published on their site, gives an error.
I only have 2 weeks to return the dress and in a few days I'm leaving on holiday.
