Delivery good but returning is a disaster
Almost two weeks ago I recieved three dresses from Rinascimento. I was really happy with the fast delivery and also the quality and look from the dresses. I decided to keep one dress and to return two dresses. I send an request to return on the site which was approved the same day. In the mail from Rinascimento they said that I would recieve my return label within 2 working days. Its been 11 days and I still haven't recieved the return label for my parcel. I even sent an seperate mail to their customer service and no reaction. I am very dissapointed with this and don't know what to do now.

Disappointing service
I issued a return request delayed by 4 working days. Response only after almost 2 weeks, return denied. Phoned twice, phone hotline cannot speak to the issue. Legally correct but 0 goodwill is super disappointing, never seen this in other online retailers. Price delta to retail price is tremendous (90€ on label vs. 110€ on bill). Really disappointing interaction.

Suggestion for delivery improvement
Unfortunately I didn’t get my package, as the address wasn’t written correctly. I’ve wrote it correctly on the website, but I guess your printer couldn’t handle ä, ö and ü.
Maybe you should change your website code in a way that only your alphabet is possible, change foreign letters into you alphabet or you get a printer that can handle all letters in you delivery range.

Unprofessional
This company can improve by a better return system. Being told you have to wait a couple of days to get a return laber is ridiculous, since people have planned other things to do too. I ordered two items one of them arrived without a bag, the other one in a torn plastic bag. And I think you have to pay for the return. These are things I would expect from a company like shein, pretty little thing and all those bad quality cheap stuff.
I sent my retoure today, I hope I won't get further problems, If i have I will let you know.
