Do not buy from this company. I bought a scooter for my son's 6th birthday with 2-5 day delivery on 13th October. It is now 20th October and the tracking still hasn't updated. I contacted Ripped Knees to track it and they said that it was with DPD. So I contacted DPD on their live chat. Lo and behold, they have the order details but haven't actually got the parcel yet. The sender has merely created a shipping label.

'regarding your parcel, we've received your order details, but we haven't actually received the parcel from the sender yet. This means a shipping label has been created for your parcel, but it hasn't been dispatched to us for delivery'.

My son now has no birthday present. All he wants is a scooter on his birthday and now I have to tell him he has nothing. I wish I had read the reviews. Appalling to lie to your customers and not expect them to do their own checking with the courier. I have asked them to cancel my order which I expect them to do.

Update: they have refunded my order and because I have written this review, have blocked me from ever ordering from them again claiming my review is inaccurate. No doubt they will be along to tell you this themselves in response soon. I strongly suggest writing a bad review if you have a poor experience as through blocking me, they have thankfully prevented me from ever ordering from them again. Incredibly rude people.

Honestly 5* service. Very good price for the Dryrobe I ordered and absolutely excellent customer care. They gave advice on sizing and I was happy to accept that advice which was correct . Very impressed and very happy

Barry opened up as we were a tad late.

Cracking shop. Knowledge top drawer.
Got my lad a helmet and knee pads. Showered him with extras.

Will be back for a board and a new scooter at some point.

I really wanted a new coat after losing some weight. I was going to get a size that I thought I was but the shop owner made sure that I got the right size, which was two sizes smaller!

The order I made online was delivered to the store early the next morning, and fitted me perfectly.

I was really impressed with the store and how well treated I was. The coat is bloody lovely and will get me through the winter warm and dry.

Was able to try on a similar pair on inlines and then order in the colour that I liked, managed to get them on sale and use a voucher my pals had got me. All very easy, personal and exciting. Had a little skate around the shop to check the new ones, and then off I went.

Products were great , reasonably priced and fast postage, also staff were super helpful with questions and queries.

Very good customer support and dealt with my problem straight away. Would definitely place another order again.

Went in with my two boys to get some advice on anew scooter for stunts. Barry couldn’t have been more helpful, handling multiple questions from my very enthusiastic 7 year old. A really great shopping experience. Totally recommend to anyone

They say if a deals "too good to be true" then it probably is.....slight delay in communication and I was getting a bit twitchy about being burned, however one email later and RK put me at ease, explained delay, kept me posted all the way and board arrived today....yep ...I scored a deal that actually was TOO GOOD to be True.......thanks...will use again

I made an order on 19.7.25 and recived the order on 24.7.25. Barry from ripped knees emailed me to let me know rhe shipment was going out but advised me that they didnt have the clamp i had ordeded and that i had only ordered 1 wheel. I then had the chance to change the clamp and order the other wheel. Son was made up when everything arrived together. Big thanks to Barry f9r the 10/10 customer service. We will definetly be retuning customers

Received the scooter and unfortunately it’s a little to big for my son, Emailed in and a great response time from Barry gave me all the details and help needed. couldn’t ask for a more professional approach to dealing with a customer query. Ripped Knees have a really easy to navigate website, with good options available. I ordered a Blunt Colt. It was competitively priced, delivered within a couple of days, and came with a bundle of stickers which was a nice touch.

Easy to order and arrived quick

Ordered a couple of wheels, knee pads and ankle protectors from RK. Never heard of the company before, so took a punt. I'm pleased to say, delivery was quick, customer service was excellent (as I needed to return an item that was slightly small). I plan to use them again when I upgrade my scooter.
