I am really happy to have made this investment. It might be helpful to have more define data on timelines for the wind farm to come on line and start to generate savings

I am not sure how I am supposed to write a review when any benefit will not be known until at least 2023.
Yes I have been persuaded to invest and it sounds like a good plan. Communication has been fine and was impressed that CEO replied personally to a query I had at the beginning. Don't in any way regret my investment but it just far to early to do a meaningful review

Good clear and honest description of benefits. Clear I would ultimately have to move energy supplier , which is important to know given background on energy suppliers. As one looks to future consideration of more electricity use on eg car , cooking etc can make the purchase proposition needing some sensitivity review , or indeed future house change larger or smaller

I have just recently invested in one of the Ripple Energy wind farms. So far everything seems to have been transparent and fine. Really like the idea of renewable energy but I suppose the waiting for the wind farm construction is the thing that is the most annoying. After it is built and producing savings perhaps I will be better able to judge.

Getting a share of Ripple Energy was quite straightforward. Looking forward to need of the build of the windfarm and, of course, getting electricity credits from the production.

Well, I got a serious reply to a serious question, I own Watts in the Kirk Hill wind farm, and the whole process was straightforward. This seems a good way to get your own renewable energy if you can wait a year or so to see a return - which is how most community energy schemes work.
However this review is timed way too early to judge anything else. See if you can find recent comments from Graig Fatha coop members.

A great way to invest in clean energy.

Very satisfied with the background information, particularly coverage of posslble risks and clarity of terms and conditions, provided by Ripple for potential investors. The system for purchasing shares was clear and easy to navigate, and there have since been useful updates to follow this up.

Normally, 'shareholders' will own those shares until they sell them, this 'ownership' lasts for 25 years with no clear understanding on selling or 'passing them on'. I still do not understand why , if I part own a generator, I have to pay 'market price' for my electric (ok, with a small discount and yes, grid costs)

I'm very happy with my interactions with Ripple Energy so far. I love the idea of helping the green energy revolution by part funding and owning a part of a wind farm. I'm looking forward to when it goes live in 2023 and awaiting to see what new projects they have on the horizion
