Rise is the better than best

Receiving of payment and withdrawal to a bank account is flashing fast ! There are no issues till date throughout my journey with Rise.

I had an issue with my account where I forgot both my recovery (seed) phrase and my security key, which meant I couldn’t access or withdraw my funds. On top of that, my ID had expired, so the whole situation was a bit stressful, especially since I had already received a payout.

I reached out to Rise support, and they guided me through the entire process. They had to reset my profile, verify my identity again, and then move my funds from the old account to the new one. It wasn’t instant, but they were responsive throughout and kept me updated.

The whole process took about a week, which honestly makes sense considering the security checks involved. In the end, my account was fully restored and my funds were successfully transferred.

I know there are mixed reviews out there, but based on my experience, everything was handled properly. Support was consistent and I didn’t feel left in the dark at any point.

Just a heads up to anyone using Rise — make sure you keep your recovery phrase and security key safe, because recovering access is definitely a process.

Dear Rise Pay Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the rejection of my onboarding request on your platform.

Over the past week, I have reached out to your support team multiple times. Each time, I have received the same response stating that my account cannot be created on Rise Pay, yet no clear or specific reason has been provided.

If there is an issue with my KYC documents, it is reasonable that I should be given the opportunity to review, correct, or re-submit the required information. Denying onboarding without a proper explanation or a chance to resolve the issue is both unfair and unprofessional.

As a result of this situation, one of my client payments is currently pending, which is directly impacting my work and causing financial inconvenience. The delay and lack of transparency are concerning.

I kindly request that you:

Clearly specify the exact issue with my KYC/documents, or
Allow me to re-submit my KYC details to complete the onboarding process.

If I do not receive a clear resolution or a justified explanation within the next 24–48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further.

Please treat this matter with urgency.
