It's always high quality , good flavoured veg , with all the dirt and leafs like it should be .
Every week it's different in my box so I always have potatoes but everything is a Mish mash and it's great for meal makeing were constantly enjoying colour , texture and flavour . The big boss and his team put little notes in your box and there a great touch from guys news about farming to recipes and seasonal change commentary .

I've always loved my veg , but riverford really makes me enjoy the whole process , I never check what's coming so every week it's a unboxing , you can really feel the love and work gone into every box .

Great communication, product and packaging. One small niggle is that the 'online add to your order' fuction never seems to work properly. It either adds the product to the wrong week or adds it and then takes it off altogether.

Delivery on time, great and fresh produce. lasts longer than supermarket stuff. Lots of choice to choose from.

Great quality produce and a reliable service

Really they are too good for words. I maybe should not put this review up and keep them secret to myself. Sadly I no longer have a garden myself so cannot grow my own organic food and this is a trustworthy local organic food grower and supplier. Message to Riverford: please never change.

I am so grateful to have found Riverford! Their fruit, vegetables and products are invariably excellent quality and absolutely delicious. If you need to ask any questions, their customer service is excellent, too, and there are plenty of guidelines on storing and cooking fresh produce. I cannot recommend Riverford highly enough!

I am very happy with the contents of my recent 2 boxes! Except that the radishes were not very good - slightly squishy and not very juicy is my best description!

Good fresh produce and variety. Sometimes a change on packing but that's the nature of the product.

Really good quality products. Nice taste and organic, arriving fresh.
One minus is that bread and milk came in plastic bag/bottle. Would be better in paper bad and glass bottle as you return the boxes anyway so could do same with bottles.
Would be good if more selection of products could be added like - home made sauces, jams etc.
Overall I would recommend this company ☺️

Fruit n veg is fresh and lasts, l tried some new things to me, which l didn't like, so going to stick to what l know. I also like the wholemeal bread and mature cheese. Lovely combination with tomatoes. Oh and the oyster mushrooms are to die for!

Excellent customer service. I was impressed with the phone call when I registered. Loved receiving the free cookery book which is very good. I also like the cooking/storage notes which accompany the box.
