The website is easy to navigate with lots of options and even meal suggestions, which come as box sets with recipes so you have everything to produce tasty dishes. Delivery is always prompt and goods packaged well to keep them fresh but environmentally friendly. We are enjoying the fruit & veg boxes with something new every time. Thank you Riverford.

This is the 2nd time I have had to cancel with Riverford. The first time my box never arrived and this time I wanted to add to my order which is impossible unless you take out all the regular items in the order and add them all in again which is so not user friendly. Im going to try Abel and Cole now to see if their website is better. Chat just repeats the same information and isnt helpful at all.

Beautiful organic veg which actually taste like they're supposed to, unlike supermarket versions! Got £15 credit for being recommended by a friend (they got £15 credit too) to spend on my second order. Got the free recipe book which I've used - I made a delicious potato and summer turnip dauphinoise from it which my chef son enjoyed too! Highly recommend.

I’m impressed with the freshness of the veg, and as long as I them fairly quickly. The chilled boxes and bags are really helpful in this hot weather too. I’m a new customer and decided to switch to Riverford for their own local farm produce - and it makes a difference

I’ve now had a few boxes from Riverford and I’m delighted to say they’ve all been very good!
The packaging is nice as there’s no plastic, the salad bags are completely compostable which is great. The vegetables have all been perfect and beautifully natural, there’s something comforting about washing the earth off radishes to see their glorious colour.
The deliveries have all been placed in the spot requested and an email sent to let me know it’s been delivered.
I really cannot fault this company, they have really thought about the service they want to deliver and then they have delivered it!

I've recently moved and have been looking for an organic farm supply of fruit and vegetables in Devon and was impressed by Riverford Organic Farmers website. The clarity of information is excellent as is their product offering so I placed my first online order. Using their website is very easy, the delivery date was confirmed and the delivery arrived as promised with 100% order fulfilment. Their products are of a very high quality, excellent value, with robust and re-usable packaging. They have a responsive and professional online support team who provided excellent communication about my order. All in all a very customer centric team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Hi, I have to say I was sceptical about having a delivery as I’ve never done it before. I’ve always shopped in supermarkets. However, I’m thrilled with my fruit and veg box and this week I’ve ordered more. Thank you for high quality produce.

Good produce

Ive been ordering every week for the past 4 months but today my order appears to have been vandalised by some crackheads. Over half of items missing and some left on the pavement. But the support team were genuinely lovely about it and credited my account for this time. Easily the best food I've found in London, and the people behind it clearly care.

I’ve been using Riverford for a few months now and have been very impressed with both the service and the quality of the produce.

My first delivery experience was excellent. Penny contacted me beforehand to confirm my details and provide some helpful information, which was a great example of proactive customer service.

Deliveries are always smooth, with drivers consistently following my delivery instructions. The app is easy to use, making it simple to change box contents or add extra items. I also enjoy being able to add pantry staples such as honey and oats, and the meal packs have been excellent.

Most importantly, the produce is consistently fresh and high quality.

After several months as a customer, I can confidently say I’ll continue using Riverford and would highly recommend them.

Deliveries straight to my door so no carrying heavy bags from the supermarket. Food is organic, seasonal and very fresh, keeps far longer than the supermarket produce and where possible is from local suppliers. Good for me and good for the environment. Excellent company, highly recommended.

Good produce but missing items each time. Be sure to check everything and get a refund for any missed items.

This company has values that I align with.Their produce is always fresh and excellent quality.I can chose to buy seasonal produce from British farmers or if I want something that is not in season,there is plenty to chose from partner farms and producers outside of UK.. I can read each producers profile and country of origin,knowing it has been be verified by Riverford . The flavours cannot be matched by supermarkets equivalents.It's a great weekly delivery service. Prices are fair for the quality and ethos of the company.

Did what they said they would.
They take payment on the day they said. Delivered early. I can put it away before I go to work. So the box doesn't stay in the sun and provide a free picnic for the local wildlife (i live in the countryside).
The quality and variety of products is great. Suit everyone taste.
We get simple recipe to try, rrlated to the veg delivered. Tried the carrot square. They were fab.
It is a bit more than other fruits and vegs deliveries but if you get the service and quality, it's worth it I think.
