The delivery is good and prompt. The products are good too. But I dislike the fact that fruits promised are replaced in the last moment. Eg cherries, strawberries are replaced with peaches, nectarines.

Our sincere apologies that you have received some substitutions in either your fruit bag or boxes recently. We try really hard to stick to the original contents each week. However, sometimes this is unavoidable where we encounter widespread quality issues that result in produce being rejected, or where deliveries to us are delayed.
If you would prefer to avoid substitutions altogether, you can create your own box by selecting individual items. If any produce you've selected is not available at the time of packing, we will simply reimburse you rather than substituting the missing item.

Fantastic fresh tasting vegetables all the time!
Fantastic fresh tasting vegetables all the time. I try to work my meals around the vegetables and get so upset if they get wasted! Really tasty organic produce without all the pesticides, and I usually by for 3-4 as it saves me shopping after work for the family. Definately recommend.

Great tasting Fruit & Veg!!
I love the fruit and veg from Riverford. I've been ordering from them for a month now. Everything tastes so much better than supermarket produce, and knowing it's actually safe to eat, has turned cooking and feeding my family into a joy again! Carrots taste fabulous -like carrots used to - my kids devour the tenderstem broccoli, the potatoes are full of flavour, and all the fruits we ordered were delicious.

Riverford Organic Farmers, provides an impressive diverse range of fruits, vegetables, and produce for everyday living. There are great recipes, and information about the country their foods are sourced from and the benefits of so doing, if they can't provide it themselves. I am shopping wisely to improve my health and wellbeing, so this seriously matters to me, although I allow myself the naughty treat from their organic farm, and of course elsewhere, too. I very much appreciate their professional, clear and thoughtful communication, reliable, and warm deliveries, together with the flexibility to change your mind close to the delivery date or press pause. I actually get quite excited when I have a delivery due to the quality and range of the organic foods delivered right to my doorstep. I know I am getting the real deal and can feel the difference to my health, what more can I ask for. Congrats.

The website is easy to navigate with lots of options and even meal suggestions, which come as box sets with recipes so you have everything to produce tasty dishes. Not User Friendly
This is the 2nd time I have had to cancel with Riverford. The first time my box never arrived and this time I wanted to add to my order which is impossible unless you take out all the regular items in the order and add them all in again which is so not user friendly. Im going to try Abel and Cole now to see if their website is better. Chat just repeats the same information and isnt helpful at all.

Beautiful organic veg which actually taste like they're supposed to, unlike supermarket versions! Got £15 credit for being recommended by a friend (they got £15 credit too) to spend on my second order. Got the free recipe book which I've used - I made a delicious potato and summer turnip dauphinoise from it which my chef son enjoyed too! Highly recommend.
