I would not do business with them again. Years ago, in 2018, they put hardwood flooring in my LR. Did a good job then. However, I had them replace some boards in 2025. A man came out, measured, and made suggestions. From then on, things went badly. They are me prepay. There was 0 communication between the workers and the office. They had no idea why they were there. The manager came out and was asking what I needed done! 🤷‍♂️ He was rude and condescending. I needed to be in constant communication with them to ensure the job was completed. I will never do business with them again. I would somewhere else to have any work done.

The 2 installers of our basement waterproof flooring were very professional and precise. Their work was extraordinary and they completed in record time. The end product was great and my wife and I enjoy it everyday with pride that we used Carpet One as the source of installation and product. Thank you Mr. Shaw

Tile orders where not coordinated and start times not held to very well. Instillation was done as expected, no problems.

Riverside Carpet One in Columbus Indiana essentially re-floored our entire home. about 600 sq feet of ceramic tile on ground floor 2 years back, and over 1400 sq feet of new carpet on ground floor, stairs, and upstairs this Spring 2018. Very happy on both jobs, good crews, reliable, on time, good workmanship, good products. Would use them and recommend RS Carpet One. We have worked mostly with Adam in the showroom.

I worked with Casey on a project to update the flooring in the lower level of the church building. He came in with the lowest price. The crews he sent were skilled and professional. They got the work done quickly. There were two minor errors and they were dealt with quickly with no hassle. The results were excellent.

Previous to buying our 1961 house, the living and dining room's were always carpeted. The conversion to hard surface flooring was not easy, as unlayerment thickness had be caculated, floor registers had to be pulled up and reset, and quarter round installed where previously there was none. And, I was out of town, so I had rely on phone communication for feedback /clarifications to the installers. In the end, the installation was PERFECT!
No call backs, no repairs, all was done to my satisfaction. And no trace of sawdust or other debris.
