Do not use!!!!

Sold me a Cat S car without declaring.
They promised a 6 month MOT and then proceeded to block my number and wouldn't reply to emails.
Tried going into the garage to be ignored and told they'd call me, refusing to admit i had been blocked.
Decided not to bother anymore.

Absolute waste of space and completely untrustworthy.

Bought a car Jan 2025, was told it came with a 6 month warranty. Was told documents would be emailed. Drove less than 10k miles in that time and replaced oil twice during that time and December the engine has gone. Rang the garage, apparently was sold with 6 month warranty and in any event apparently not covered on the warranty anyway. Was told they would look at the car if RAC recovery could drop off. Did this on a Saturday night, was told they would look at it, no updates, then was told it would cost £1800 to fix which we approved, no updates on when it would be fixed by, no voicemails returned on either landline or mobile, then told couldn’t be fixed until new year, asked for warranty details on 3 seperate occasions, was told would send and still not received. Took my car to another garage who could look and repair and mechanic who collected was told the engine had gone.
Avoid this company like the plague. Don’t give you the warranty they tell you, I’m not even convinced at all they even applied for the warranty, don’t answer the phones and stall constantly. A car engine should not break within 10 months of buying the car when it’s been looked after since purchase.£12k purchase and now within 10 months it’s having to be sold as spares and repairs! Seems others have been having warranty issues with this company too!

Terrible after sales care!
We have been trying to contact them since 30th July kept saying he would call when he was free ….. still waiting we have called a number of times leaving several message and sent emails nothing!

Great selection of cars. Helpful, friendly staff who aren't pushy. We found them while passing to find another dealer but will definitely use them again. So happy with them, we took them all a bun each, to have on their tea break.😀

Purchased a Car on 9th May, even after numerous requests for warranty Documents and equal number of confirmations of will post etc as of 5th July still no documents, at first I thought good things but soon realised how wrong I was and as of today my car is still advertised for sale on thier website, I also add the "Extras" listed was incorrect and the "Actual List" was short of the advertised one I have copies of the original advertised list and the actual list from BMW
