RIVERSIDE VOLVO HULL. I Have purchased two new Volvo XC40`s,, from Riverside, Hull, Volvo in the last few years.
I always use this company for the servicing of my Volvo`s. .
I live around 60 miles away from the dealership at Hull. I sometimes use their collection/delivery service. They are reliable, and take great care of my cars,.
This week I drove to the dealership at Hull for my XC40`s annual service. I met one or two of the salespersons that remembered me, and treated me as a friend and valued customer. Sorry I missed Chris who was on day off.
The service team were absolutely first class,from the staff based in the showroom, to the mechanics. They even gave my XC40 a wash. I really trust this company completely. All staff are friendly,and have the time to answer any questions I may have.
If I decide to change my 2 year old XC40 again, I certainly would use Riverside Volvo Hull.
See you next year.(or before if I decide to change my XC40). Many thanks again to all.

Extremely helpful and patient, he set up the connections for us and explained the functions of the car, even though half of it was forgotten by the time we got home.

Luke managed the whole process for us seamlessly. He sent lots of information and videos of the car as we lived quite far away so couldn't visit it beforehand. Upon arrival he made sure we had the opportunity to ask any questions and showed us all the key features of the car in person. Thanks

Saw this Dacia Jogger Extreme for sale in a lovely green colour and was very keen to see it. Called on Friday and had a test drive Saturday lunchtime after returning from London and very impressed how well car appeared.So well demonstrated by Aimee as not driven an Automatic before. Sale completed today Monday and very pleased with it. Great service makes a difference I learned very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Really love the car, got a XC40 fully electric.
No pushy salesperson which is often off-putting
Salesperson explained everything well
agreed to pay for our p-ex at the same offer as "we buy any car"
Did decide to take gap insurance at point of sale but did not know it was a consition of the p-ex.
paid a deposit £500 and then declined gap insurance
Salesperson said it was a condition of p-ex
We sold our p-ex for more money thankfully and managed to then get out of the gap insurance
The company use an intermediary company called BUMPER to take payment for the car as an instant payment.
My bank decided to complete a fraud check with us and witheld payment briefly, glad banks do this as it is important to protect our money.
The bank cleared it and paid it to VOLVO however they kept saying they didnt get funds and we left without our car.
Volvo kept saying it was an issue with our bank and not them.
We called out bank 7 times over the next 24 hours however our bank kept confirming there was no issues and the payment was made.
Volvo eventually checked and the money was in their holding account with BUMPER the whole time.
No apology, just continued to blame our bank.
No compensatory offer after keeping our funds for 24 hours.

We had a chap called Amruu who truly looked after us from start to Finish with sorting out our old XC40 highbred car to our new XC40 highbred car 2025 .
Riverside volvo at Wakefield, the people are amazing. You are immediately looked after. I reckonmend you go to Riverside wakefield for your finances in assisting with your new volvo car.

Riverside Motors, Rochdale: Car delivered with a flat battery and without the promised service history. I have tried for three months to obtain the history that was advertised with this car and have been met with unanswered messages, empty promises, lies and obfuscation. It would have been easier for these guys to admit they'd lost it but they seem totally lacking in integrity. They also promised to rectify the MOT advisories and didn't, and delivered the car with a flat battery. The car is not too bad but the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced and I would strongly advise against dealing with them.
