Absolutely love Rixo

Absolutely love Rixo, have many pieces from here. The most flattering items and beautiful prints. Always get complements.
Generous sizing so I would size down.

Have also picked up a few things in their sample sales which they do frequently, but haven’t had the best experiences there - as ticketing, quality and purchase prices have been misleading.

Flattering Annina Midi Dress

I had bought the Izzy dress online but…

I had bought the Izzy dress online but felt the size was wrong for me. I took it to Kings Road and the staff were super helpful in helping me find the right size. I have worn the dress so many times and have received loads of compliments - and I’m 74! Needless to say, I LOVE my dress.

I'm really disappointed with my RIXO…

I'm really disappointed with my RIXO experience. I ordered the Maribelle blouse in Ivory and when I received it, one of the button loops was broken. I contacted customer service about it and they advised me to return it as was considered faulty. I live in Japan so the shipping costs are quite pricey. I had paid 15 GBP to receive it and then paid another 18 GBP to send it back. I really liked the blouse, so I ordered another one. However, when it arrived, the seam connecting the collar to the shirt was totally undone and there was a large hole along with a red stain inside the collar. As the return process is quite bothersome given my location, I decided to try to get it mended here instead of returning. When I notified customer service about another quality issue with the same blouse, including photos, they simply refunded my shipping costs. Given the issue was one of quality control on RIXO's part, the shirts should have been replaced or fully refunded with no undue burden placed on the customer.

Old school quality & experience

Great experience- please don’t ever try to cut corners Rixo! I live in Australia, but am originally from London and I miss the clothes. 99% of the time, the clothes arrive at my door and they are a great fit, fab quality and just bring joy. I contact customer service a lot about sizing etc and they are always helpful. One thing I’d love is free postage overseas. Please Rixo stay true to your roots of vintage, slow fashion, quality and respectful and responsive customer service.

Terrible customer service spoils a good brand

First dress I bought was lovely. But second one was badly cut and had huge bits of material on the hips. Not what you expect at £345.

I messed up because I am ADHD and was confused by the try before you buy. And lost out on a 15% discount.

Sadly customer services were completely inflexible, totally unhelpful and said I could return but then reneged on this. A very unpleasant and upsetting experience.

I would happily have compromised and returned the dress and had a credit note. Or exchange. As it is I have an unwearable dress, have lost £345 and won’t risk buying from them again.
