RLR Distribution 

I recently purchased a Samsung TV with RLR Distribution. Was sceptical at first as it was much cheaper than most, however the TV came within 2 days and was exactly what I wanted. Not to mention I saved myself £46! Would recommend to anyone!

I couldn't get the TV I wanted at PC W*rld, so googled the part number. 3 days later it's all set up in the house - 10% cheaper too.
Pain free ordering, free delivery and able to track the parcel.
Sounds like I work for them, but I don't.

I bought the Google Chromecast Digital multimedia receiver to replace my previous one I had owed which I had damaged. I use it plugged into my Oppo 205 player/audio equipment to listen to BBC Radio 3 via the BBC iplayer and Audials radio app to listen to Linn Jazz and other high bit internet stations. Also can be used to listen/watch Youtube videos. It should be pointed out that this Chromecast does not only mirror sound/images from a tablet/phone but most importantly it is a receiver. That is to say, when you select a radio station on your tablet app, the tablet instructs the Chromecast to tune-in to the station via your Wi-Fi signal. Therefore you get no lag unlike mirroring. Highly recommended.

I ordered a product for a present. The product was simply in the box that it was provided by the manufacturer. Item was not packaged in an additional box or wrapped in anything. Just a sticker on the end of the box with my name and address. Thank god I had it delivered to another address of my partner would have known what I’d bought for his Christmas present!

Ordered Friday, arrived Saturday great service at a great price.

Bought a TV. Got a message saying it had been sent to the delivery service (Parcel Worldwide) and another saying it would arrive in two days. Did not arrive. Contacted RLR via their widely promoted chat on their site, who told me it was the deliverer's responsibility and proceeded to ignore me when I asked for further information to contact the deliverer (tracking number, name, phone contact, anything). Found this stuff out on my own. Contacted delivery. Found out RLR never sent the TV in the first place. Called RLR. They admitted they "forgot" to send it after confirming to me they had sent it. Told me I have to wait till Monday now to get it sorted. An accumulated hour and a half on the phone since I ordered the TV, still don't have it, and don't know when I will. If anything goes wrong, you'll have to do the legwork. They clearly don't care once they have your money.

The product arrived within within 2 days as advertised. The payment took a while to be processed but the customer service on the phone was professional and explained that this is nornal and nothing to worry about.
My only issue was the delivery guy, I saw him throw the package onto the floor of his van from the window before bringing it up, given that it was a playstation it was a little worrying, the blueray case on the bundled game was chipped and cracked as a result. I'd suggest that all future packages be marked as fragile to prevent this.
Other then that the website, product and service was satisfactory.

This is my second purchase with this seller. Not only are they the cheapest but the delivery service is top class & very quick too & was free with purchase of Samsung Television & Samsung Soundbar. I would recommend to anybody. They are first rate for service

Great 55" TV about £150 less than any other store online. Super impressed, don't let the very few bad reviews these guys have scare you off - most likely petty idiots. Very happy overall with my purchase.

I order the Samsung 6 Series UE55MU6470U - 55" LED Smart TV
but i collect 6 Series UE55MU6400U. But it was quite the same silver and with Bluetooth feather that I was looking. arrived quite early and with Samsung Orginal packing, Brand New. I buy this TV quite cheap as compare to market. I am very happy with Rlr distribution customer service. build up good trust in online shopping.

After 5 working days our order is yet to arrive. The delivery date in RPD tracking showed Wednesday 12th, this then changed to Saturday 15th, and today it's changed to awaiting date. It might be free but that's no excuse for poor delivery service of your partner.

Delivered a cheaper TV model 2 weeks late, hoping I'll accept. AVOID this company!

I purchased a Samsung UE43NU7470 TV from RLR distribution on 2nd Sept. It has taken nearly 2 weeks and 4 phone-calls (where I was promised, again and again, that my TV will arrive soon) for the wrong model to arrive today. When I called to complain, expecting an apology and a quick exchange, I found that this was not an honest error. I was told that they no longer have the model I paid for and that they "upgraded" me to a better and a newer model, the UE43NU7400. Well, this is actually a cheaper model, definitely not an upgrade, sent to me 2 weeks late and without my consent. Moreover, reading previous reviews, this is not a one-off, they seem to be doing this regularly, as a mode of operation. Now I'm waiting for them to arrange pick-up of the unwanted TV. Once they have it, they will kindly process a refund.

To continue the story... Once the TV was picked up (on Saturday, as arranged and without a hitch) I bought another TV via Amazon prime, a Samsung UE40NU7120, sold by Tvsandmore. The TV arrived within 24 hours and again, a different model: UE40NU7100. I Googled the seller and found out, to my amazement, that RLR and Tvsandmore are the very same company!

If you want to receive what you ordered and paid for, you should look elsewhere!
